位置優越，但是房間小，床小，樓層低，其他還好

設施：還不錯，比較新的房間 衞生：一塵不染，挺滿意的總體來説 環境：普通，附近沒什麼逛的，要走遠一點 服務：還可以，就是前台的英文有點一般

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

很棒的住宿地點，我真的很喜歡這裡的服務，位置也很棒，距離包括市中心在內的一切地方都只有很短的步行路程！

位於市中心的優越位置，毗鄰道路，我的計程車可以載我到大廳前面。城市景觀不錯，房間也夠乾淨。

非常好的酒店！！我們在那裡度過了 4 個晚上的假期。乾淨整潔，設施齊全，適合拍照。服務很好，每天打掃房間。工作人員大多很友好。由於我男朋友的生日，我們收到了一些小禮物。稍微改進的是房間視野被電線擋住了。如果他們有提到的機場接送服務就更好了。水療中心是這家酒店最好的部分😆我們去過那裡兩次而且是免費的！這家酒店對我來說很划算。

當我們早上到達時，友好的工作人員幫我們保管行李，讓我們在等待房間的同時遊覽這座城市。我們確實提前幾個小時登記入住。他們為我們提供了一些非常可愛的晚餐推薦。桑拿浴室和游泳池也很受歡迎，尤其是在走了幾個小時之後。早餐很豐盛但不過分。 地鐵站距離酒店約 600 米（上山）。總的來說，我們很享受我們的 3 天住宿。

完美的住宿，理想的位置，輕鬆往返里斯本的路線。強烈推薦。
