我們在那裏有一個私人房間,因爲我們想要自己的空間。照片裏看上去不錯。當我們到達房間時,房間很髒。牆上的污垢,洗手池周圍的牙膏和毛巾上有棕色污漬。我們沒有體驗到我們房間的私密性,因爲臥室的門下面有2釐米的縫隙,所以木地板上的所有郵票和所有來來去去的人(很多)除了隔壁的餐廳外,感覺他們在我們的房間裏。還有很多其他較小的東西,比如通風中的故障噪音和牀上的質量非常差。“含早餐”是白麪包、果醬和咖啡。最大的問題是浴室裏有許多黑色黴菌,例如淋浴器、淋浴玻璃和水槽周圍。兩晚之後,我們聯繫了工作人員,告訴他們上面列出的所有事情,我們想搬出房間去別的地方。所以他們告訴我們,我必須發送一封郵件,然後轉發給他們的主管,我確實做到了。我多次打電話、發電子郵件和直接交談,他們的上司不在,會聯繫我,但他從未這樣做過。我很清楚這不是五星級住宿,但這是您支付的任何住宿都不合適。我一直在全世界都住各種住宿,但這是我最糟糕的經歷。不僅因爲房間的情況,而且因爲工作人員甚至沒有試圖通過例如打掃房間來使事情變得更好,給我們提供新的毛巾,給我們提供新的臥室。我們在那裏支付了156歐元/晚。當客戶指出那些很差並且很容易被修復的東西時,只要修復它,至少要讓他們開心。

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

房間空間及衣櫥都挺大。被子不舒服，四面都開口不是包進去的，睡着就鑽進被套裏了身上蓋的亂七八糟。打掃衞生的服務很粗魯，在走廊吸塵就對着你門撞，還不止一下也不管有沒有客人在裏面，還有服務員開門衹敲門一聲你還沒來急回答門就被他打開。

Arrival and Check in 3/5 On arrival we were not really helped with our luggage. The lady didn’t recognise our diamond status. After I reminded her that I would like the free breakfast. When we asked reception for advice on restaurants shopping etc they not been very helpful to be honest Rooms 5/5 The room are spacious very clean with a wonderful balcony. The sleep quality was exceptional. The only thing was the shower temperature did not remain steady throughout your shower. The housekeeping is good. It is great at last a hotel with USB B & C plugs by the bed. Thank you!! Breakfast 5/5 On arrival the first morning at breakfast it was clear reception had messed up with advising the restaurant breakfast was included. To the rescue came Vanessa. We left it with her she resolved the issue. No drama No fuss. The breakfast is fantastic. I have to say the breakfast team are a credit to this hotel. They helped us also with our questions on the local area where to get best pasteles etc. Dinner and Bar 5/5 The superb team at breakfast continues into night. The bar team of both Pedros made us fantastic express mi martinis. The whole team is super friendly. The buffet was adequate. When they run out of tonic water and Grey Goose the F&B Manager I think called Diego changed a negative situation into a positive one. For me is a Sign of great customer experience. A little treat awaited us on return to room. This nice touches show the staff listen to the clients. Spa and Pool 5/5 We only used the Internal Pool. The lane dividiers in the pool were dirty. They are not needed and should be removed. The cleanliness around pool was top notch Overall this is the best Crowne plaza I have ever stayed in. The staff at the restaurant are level I would expect at intercontinental. I would definetly come back. Bit more of customer service training and this hotel would be exceptional.

這是一個令人快的體驗,員工非常快、高效;早餐很味,多樣。 房間對兩個人來說是很好的,一個舒適的、寬的牀,有許多安裝地點,有非常有效的黑暗窗,而且有很好的空調。室有很好的,能量很高,溫度水平很好地調節。 不過房間的聲音音可能要好得多。

Personnel très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service ! Hôtel simple, chambre propre, literie confortable. Petit bémols pour la salle de bain (propre) mais qui aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf. L’hôtel se trouve sur un axe relativement passant. Pas très loin de la plage et proche de la « Rua dos pescadores » idéal pour se promener, manger ou trouver des petits souvenir. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Lovely looking new hotel, clean and nicely designed. Baby cots provided are beautiful and the kids toiletries kit is so cute! The river view rooms are definitely the ones to go for, do not book the Deluxe Suite as you will pay premium and not get the beautiful view shown on the marketing pictures. Neither will you have any balcony to speak of, but instead a tiny ledge with no space for outdoor furniture and with the door that gets stuck and is really hard to open. The pictures online on the room types are misleading as they show both the view and lovely balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy it from. There’s also no minibar or room safe in this room. There is a lovely pod coffee machine, however after you use the first 2 pods you need to pay €1 per each pod. There’s lots of other little things too which I’m not going to into detail, like breakfast not ready at advertised time, room not cleaned properly with bins not emptied, rooftop bar barely being open etc. It’s a shame as I really wanted to like this hotel as we have just moved to the area and was hoping to find a good place to recommend to visitors, but unless these teething problems are sorted out I would be hesitant to.

I really enjoyed our staying in lisbon apartment.The best thing:There is no reception,you have entrance code to come inside building and room.The room is super super clean.The cleaning service and virtual reception was really good and fast.For us everything was enough beacause we spent all our time to visit lisbon and around.Hotel is near the airport and 15 min driving to the centro.We had our car,there is parking space around but you have to pay.At keast I will choose this brand again to visit lisbon.

리스본에 다시 방문해도 선택할 만큼 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다!! 더블룸을 예약했지만 친구와 방문이라 트윈 침대 가능하다면 요청 드렸더니 변경해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다~^^ 방도 사이트에서 봤던 것보다 넓고 좋았어요:) 우선 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 중간에 들어와서 짐 놓고 핸드폰 충전하고 나가고 했습니다! 조식도 종류 다양하니 참 맛있었어요~ 근무하시는 분들도 친절해서 이런저런 요청에도 잘 들어주셔서 감사했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점이라면, 수건을 매일 교체해 주지 않으시고 사용했던 수건을 그대로 걸어 두시더라고요..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 물론 프론트데스크에 전화해서 요청하니 새 수건들 가져다 주시기는 했습니다! 또, 내부에서 신발을 신고 다니는 유럽답게 방 바닥이 깨끗하지는 않았는데, 별도로 일회용 슬리퍼가 없었습니다. 다음에 간다면 슬리퍼는 가지고 갈 것 같네요.

我們從取消的easyjet航班降落在這裏,當我們到達時,工作人員非常理解。早餐和晚餐包括在我們的住宿,是自助餐風格,選擇很棒。房間非常寬敞乾淨。距離地鐵入口和超市有1分鐘步行路程。
