I was in Linz for a job interview and really needed a good nights sleep. The hotel is next to a church and my room directly next to the church. Every 15 minutes THE WHOLE night the church bells rang. It was awful. The 24 hour help service of the hotel could not help. They could not give me another room and when I asked for my money back I was offered 5% which I think is an insult. Definitely a place to avoid if you need a quiet night. The place is generally quite noisy anyway due to the thin walls, but the church bells just completely ruined it. In this case it is no help having the place clean and pretty- I was there for sleep- which I did not get!!!

Ich bin nach Linz für eine Bewerbungsgespräch gefahren und wollte natürlich ausgeschlafen sein. Der Limehouse ist schön eingerichtet und sauber ABER das nutzt mir alles nichts wenn ich nicht schlafen kann. Das Haus befindet sich neben eine Kirche (Stadpfarre Urfahr) und mein Zimmer war direkt neben diese Kirche (Zimmer 114). Die Kirchen Glocken haben der GANZE NACHT JEDEN VIERTEL STUNDE GELEUCHTET!!! Ich habe bei der Polizei angerufen, sie wussten von gar nichts und konnten nicht helfen. Der 24/7 Hilfe Service der Limehouse haben nicht geholfen. Es gab kein anderes Zimmer, und Entschädigung gab nur 5% des Zimmer-Preises. Es war ein schrecklicher Erfahrung! Ohrstöpseln mit Kopfhörer haben nichts gemacht. Gegen Mittnacht sind andere Hotels nicht am Telefon rann gegangen.

Church bells ringing thru the night... The hotel itself was nice - clean, spacious, good location. Digital access was smooth and seamless. The only issue (which may be deal breaker for some) is the church across the street rings its bells well into the night. Enjoy being woken up every 15/30 minutes as the bells ring, just as you drift off to sleep. It wasn't until about 2am that I finally got used to the bells and was able to get a few hours sleep - before being woken up again.

Apartment sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, Küchenecke alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Leise im Haus und von draußen hört man nur die Glocken der Kirche läuten :)

Peor experiencia de mi vida. Llegue de noche y habían cambiado el teclado por entrada con llave. Y no había llave!! No me avisaron de nada y encima me colgaban el teléfono cada vez que llamaba ya que no hablaban español !! HORRIBLE
