Super Appartement in super guter Lage. Der Service war sehr sehr gut und sehr schnell. Wir können nichts bemängeln.

We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz.

Very nice apartment walking distance to grocery stores, museums, and city center.

Space enough apartment. Little bit old but well equiped. Sink in bathroom plugged. A lot of parking space around building. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and city center. Good communication with Highway. Perfect and completely non touch contact with reception.

The location - near the Danube and Old Town - is perfect for sightseeing/cycling. The furnishings of the appartment were a little "retro" and in the kitchen very simple but for short stay sufficient. Negatives - the appartment is in the ground floor and the windows are directly to the main street, so there is a huge noise from the street (it´s impossible to sleep with open window) and no privacy if you don´t pull back the courtains. And the lighning is very week, so generally there is a gloom.
