城市綠洲科爾平飯店(Stadtoase Kolping Hotel)

Habe hier eine Nacht verbracht und bin sehr zufrieden! Super liebes Personal in allen Bereichen, wunderschön und tolles Essen. Werde ich empfehlen und hoffentlich komme ich hier bald wieder hier her. Alles sauber und ich hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett.

Ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Camere semplici, ma confortevoli e molto luminose e pulite. Bagno un po piccolo. Ottima colazione. Per chi arriva in auto hanno un garage a disposizione dei clienti a pagamento. Consigliato per chi dovesse pernottare a Linz Austria.

The Stadtoase Kolping Hotel is located in a rather quiet street with hardly any traffic, close to the Linz new cathedral and at a walking distance from the city center where most of the interesting and cultural points of the city find themselves. It's an excellent hotel having everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff members are nearly all of them very kind, helpful and friendly. One can get from the ladies working at the front desk all the necessary guidance to take as much profit as possible of one's stay in the marvellous city of Linz. In addition to that, they are always ready to give the best advice for the benefit of the customers even at the former's own initiative. The hotel parking is at the same level as the ground floor. Upon leaving the parking on foot through a door on the left hand side thereof as one drives into it, one finds himself at the reception area, what turns out to be very convenient as far as acceding into the hotel building is concerned, the more so if a heavy luggage is carried. Once inside, the fabulous atmosphere reigning in the premises is perceived. There is something special inside, something magical about which cannot be described but that sensitive people feel and thus makes them think that by choosing that hotel at least the best option has been selected. The room I was allocated is very nice and comfortable, as well as peaceful. I hardly heard any noise during the whole stay at the hotel, which was essential for the enjoyment resulting from visiting the mentioned city. The bed was indeed comfortable, its mattress having the necessary toughness for getting the adequate rest. The other pieces of furniture in the bedroom are also very appropriate particularly the table desk where I could get some work done. It's up to the guests to decide whether or not the bedroom is cleaned up on the days they deem convenient, which could be, by the way, the entire period of their stay. That's a great idea. By hanging the right card on the room door handle, one may have the certainty that while he is out visiting some interesting places nobody will enter his room and touch his belongings. That's very reassuring and besides it's extremely good for the environment. The breakfast is also excellent. Everything offered for that meal is of a high quality. The pastry and the fruits are very good and tasty as well as the orange juice. The breakfast room is decorated in such a way that the mere fact of being there makes one feel in high spirits. Owing to all the aforesaid elements, the time dedicated to having the stated meal can turn out to be a great moment and thus one of the best ways to start the day. The hotel concerned is therefore by all means a recommendable place to stay in Linz. The fact of lodging in there makes of course more pleasant the visit to that charming city. One would never quit that hotel once inside. Such a stay is absolutely an unforgettable experience which one is always wishing to repeat.

以前 同住所の Kolpinghaus コルピングハウスに泊まったことがありますが、今回 Stadtoase Kolping シュタット・オアセ(都会のオアシス)　ホテル・コルピングに泊まってみて、気づいた点は: ① Kolpinghaus では縦列配置だったベッドが、Hotel Kolping では 大きなベッドが並列配置で一般的な高級ホテル仕様となっていました。 ②朝食ルームがリニューアルされていました。四角のダイニングテーブル席の他にくつろげるセッセル(ソファー)と円テーブル席も配置され、あちこちに観葉植物も配置され、朝食にゼクト(発泡ワイン)もあり、Stadtoase (都会のオアシス)と謳うコンセプトの意図が感じられました。 客室は清潔で静か。コーヒーメーカーやお水のサービスはありません。 バスルームはシャワー仕様。 レセプションスタッフの対応は問題なし。夜遅く戻っても、スタッフ常駐で安心、入口が施錠されていないので開錠の手間がなく便利でした。 ホテルの方針でアーリーチェックインは受け付けていないようです。 荷物預かりサービスあり。今回個人的には問題なかったのですが、荷物室はレセプションスタッフがその都度リモートで開錠する方式 (スタッフの立ち合いなし)なので、紛失等のリスクは多少あるかなと思いました。

Correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour une étape d’une nuit à Linz. Comparable aux Ibis, la qualité de l’accueil en plus. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, sans plus même si elle semble avoir été refaite à neuf récemment. Wifi opérationnel. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner. Buffet copieux et varié mais de qualité inférieure à ce que nous ont proposé les précédents hôtels. Le + : parking attenant à l’hôtel.

Es gab für uns kein Grund zum klagen. Renovierte saubere Zimmer und auf 3Sterne Niveau, prima Frühstück. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Rezeption. Auch die Preise sind nicht überrissen. Dazu ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen. ÖV : ca. 200m Dom : ca. 300m Altstadt : ca 500-700m Viele Restaurants und Einkaufensmöglichkeiten in Laufentfernung.

Wir sind jetzt schon das zweite mal hier, und können nur sagen dass man sich hier auf Anhieb wohl fühlt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, saubere Zimmer, super Lage und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück. Wie kommen wieder und können zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

We stayed two nights in this hotel to see Xmas markets. The hotel has got an excelent location, only a short walk from the railway station and a stone' s throw from the cathedral. The main square is very near the hotel. Breakfast is delicious, a variety of cheeses, scrambled eggs, sausages, a good choice of bread, fruits, vegetables, a facility to make fresh juices, teas and coffees. Absolutely fabulous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with a fridge and a safe. Toiletries are provided. The hotel is in a quiet street so light sleepers won ´t have a problem. Beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.
