Very well appointed B & B with very friendly & helpful hosts Good continental breakfast extremely comfortable room & guest lounge Well worth a re-visit

Plenty of food, more than a recent hotel stay we had. Lovely room and comfortable bed and shower also good, only downside was facing the main road and had to have the window open due to heat so very noisy, we had the attic room. Parking was tight but owner did it for us. We would recommend and the owners were very pleasant.

Fantastic hosts. Fantastic place to stay. A real gem that’s very rare these days unfortunately.

Lovely guest house lian and anna very friendly The walkto the town Centre ok, very steep hill upto the castle and the cathedral but well worth the climb. Bus tour worthwhile,. Lots of resturants in both the town centre, the water front and up by the castle.

The Guest House was extremely cosy. Had a great night sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and unique. The breakfast was delicious. As were the homemade oat cookies. Anna and Iain were such friendly and welcoming hosts. They provide an exceptional service which is hard to find everywhere. Will definitely be back again!!!

What a wonderful guest house, with Anna and Iain being the perfect hosts. The accommodation is about a mile from the centre, with another mile up to the Cathedral. The accommodation was warm, welcoming, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast is continental, and is accompanied each morning with Anna's homemade oat cakes. On a Friday and the weekend, there is also Anna's homemade chocolate brownies - which adds a nice touch. Anna also displays and sells some antique jewellery in the dining room and, so she says, likes a good barter. Thank you, Iain and Anna for making our stay so enjoyable....

Brilliantly maintained quaint little place with very welcoming hosts!

Creston Villa is an excellent place to stay while visiting Lincoln. Iain and Anna are the friendliest most welcoming couple you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble for them if you need anything and the place is absolutely spotless throughout. We’ve stopped here several times and this is the only place we will stay when visiting the area

lovely accommadating hosts very friendly. amazing hotel with a lot of character and all those extra little touches. very clean, great facilities, free breakfast. close to city center (20 min walk). Highly reccommended
