Great location, lovely staff,clean and very welcoming. No problem in staying here again,

Asked for an iron and ironing board on check in. And was told that if not one in the room to call reception. Phone in the room would not work. So walked to reception to request. Waited half an hour and nothing. Had to request another at reception but by this time we had to be out for our dinner so was too late. They had forgotten about us !!!

Fusty smell in room..flie buzzing around during the night so didn't sleep well..dirty imprint on sheet in bed..headboard fell down as not afixed properly..room was very dated as twin lamps didn't match and an office chair in a bedroom just to make up the furniture???..2 seater smelt and hairs on the bed..hygiene wasnt good and smell in the hall seem to come from the toilets..booked based on pictures provided but room given was nothing alike which is false advertising..staff were nice though but i question the management team??

Quite a good curry house in the evening but the breakfast was disappointing as I required a gluten free option. Despite having this on the booking form and reminding the staff at check in, there was no gf option for breakfast.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit a customer near there. The hotel is very well located with a good shop nearby where we can find almost everything and many good restaurants at walking distance. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The only comment that I have was the very used carpet on floor making waves and the old model of sink in the bathroom with 2 separate faucets for the cold and the warm water. That works but it is not easy to get temperate water. The breakfast is rich and the service people are very nice. Definitely, I will return to this good hotel.

The property was quite nice and the dinner and breakfast were both very good. There was a confusion at check-in where ******* let me book a room, but then the hotel told me there were not available. Carlos at the front desk then worked at great length with ******* to get this worked out. So, it took a while but ultimately worked out well

The Reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. It didn’t feel right having it in the pub and it was very basic and things were not refilled when gone. Staff didn’t seem confident about what they should be doing.

Being from the US, we would really like available ice. Also, there was no hot water for showers in the morning.
