We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor water park. Not even close to worth the money. Why have rules if they aren’t going to enforce them? People just show up and wait for someone to open the door. I saw one man and his young son that has the paper bracelets on. The hot tub was disgusting. The pool can not be heated. Older kids are unruly and unsupervised. Staff does not give one care. The bedspread is just gross with stains and needs to be retired. This was going to be a great place to take the grandkids when we come to KC (Liberty), we will find a hotel with a pool and be happier I’m sure.
