堪薩斯城東北假日飯店(Holiday Inn Kansas City - Northeast)

Hotel was not maintained. Very dirty. We decided to not eat breakfast there even though we paid for it after viewing how unclean the hotel was overall. We would not stay here again.

When I walked into the room the light switches didn’t work The clerk said they were going to fix them, they never tried. The advertisement said it had a restaurant and it had bar where the bartender can make frozen food in between serving drinks No free breakfast, I guess I read it wrong On the 4th day I was there, I ran out of towels, because they never touched my room the first 4 days I was there. When they did after I complained they gave me new towels and threw the wet ones out in the hall in front of my room, and nobody came and got them for hours There was trash in the trash can as I was there 5 nights, it was still full when I left I’m pretty sure I saw a roach, because which is no surprise since they didn’t empty the trash can for 5 days. Other people were throwing their trash in the hall. There is an amusement park across the way, so it’s probably great for that, but the other than other than a Waffle house and a couple fast food places there is nothing for miles I stayed in this hotel, because I thought it would be an upgrade from the Best Western on 291 as it’s much more expensive a d it was not even close as nice of an experience

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. However, the indoor pool was very murky. We choose not to get in. The hot tub was caution taped off and not working. Both needed some attention. I feel like this is a fairly new hotel as the landscaping seemed to be still work in process. Very overgrown green areas near the door and a pile of leftover(?) rock out front. Overall, I would recommend for comfort and cleanliness, indoors.

Clean and used fitness equipment for a good hour. Watch final 4 in lounge.

We stayed four nights. There were no signs displayed about there not being daily housekeeping. Had to ask after day two for the garbage to be emptied and a box of kleenexes. Overall nice hotel and the breakfast was outstanding and the friendly restaurant staff was exceptional!!

Would not stay here again. Could hear people next door talking late at night. Called front desk and they did take care of it. No breakfast. Bed was comfortable. No housekeeping on second day even though we requested it.

It was a pretty good stay. My boyfriend and I had a good time. I only have three complaints really, the shower head in the bathroom has such a strong pressure. It literally feels like you're being pelted by the water. Two, there were some stains on the sheets of our bed. Not big ones, just two small stains. And three, the walls are pretty thin. Could hear neighbors on both sides of us. Otherwise, good stay.

In our room, there was industrial glue in the shower and the silicone was starting to seperate from the tiles and shower pan. We didn't inform the staff as we arrived really late and needed to sleep. I'm sure it would've been corrected or a new room assigned did we had mentioned it which is why I am still rating 4 stars

Check in was very quick and was given excellent information at check in. Room was cleaned daily which is not normal these days but much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and room temp was easy to control. Would stay here again.
