"We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights, came yesterday and when we came to our room there was so much noise from the road that is right under our windows. So sleeping in wellness hotel means you will hear the noise from cars each 1 minute, but the most disappointing thing for us was attitude of staff who works on guest reception, we asked them to help us and just to change the side of the room, but the men was shouted on me that he can not help and that he is tired, asked us to go to reception the next morning to speak with Kristina. Next morning we came to Kristina and kindly asked to change our room, but her negative attitude was even worse, she did not even try to help and told us that she can not do nothing (( We also had no wifi in room, but after they fixed it, thanks. But generally need to say that even if the hotel is nice and so many people make their best to feel guests comfortable, front desk needs to respect their guests, it is very important in any situation."

"公寓雖然屬於酒店所有，但距離酒店約1.5公里。這一點在飯店介紹中並未提及。因此，我們不得不步行前往公寓，然後再返回市中心的酒店主樓取鑰匙。公寓整潔，基本設施一應俱全。自助早餐的排隊情況令人非常惱火。座位不足，我們只好排隊等候分配座位。早餐室也十分擁擠，桌子挨得很近。不過，自助餐本身非常美味。前台工作人員的態度則較不友善。"

"Hotel is really small, what i usually like. Service was really good. Rooms and public aress needs littlebit update. We rented spa area for us and liked that really much. Breakfast is small, but we didn’t left table with hunger and what they have there is good enough. Free privat parking is always nice thing. Location of this place is quite odd. There is nothing nearby, but tram stop is quite nere and taxi to city center is cheap. Place is recommendable."
