巴比倫飯店(Wellness Hotel Babylon)

Se trata de un complejo en la ciudad de Liberec al norte de la República Checa, cera de la frontera polaca y alemana, de hecho la mayor parte de la información está en estos idiomas además de checo e inglés. En este complejo puedes encontrar, todo bajo techo, un parque acuático, parque atracciones para niños, spa y zona wellness, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y algunas tiendas más. Para encontrarlo todo es un poco caótico al principio, pero como todo, te acostumbras. Las habitaciones son amplias, algo viejas pero bien conservadas, es un 3*** real si nos ceñimos al standard español. Los precios no están mal, como en general es la república Checa, la gente es eficaz, pero no demasiado amable (tampoco son desagradables ) . El restaurante del hotel (Atrium quiero recordar) no está mal por el precio, y lo único malo es que los horarios no son del tpo español. Por decir algo malo del hotel, el personal del restaurante te acosa literalmente para quitarte el plato vacío ( o no vacío) de la mesa y si llegas en el último tercio del horario de comidas y cenas te vas a encontrar con casi todos los platos acabados y en ninguno de los días que estuve repusieron lo que se acababa. Está céntrico y hay bastantes tiendas en los alrededores.

To sum up - Standard hotel, excellent Fun Park, polished misery Luna Park, terrible service in the Nostalgia restaurant and poor quality of food everywhere. We came on a recommendation and also followed the extremely positive reviews, which turned out to be inaccurate. The hotel rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast is sufficient, nothing surprising but enough. What I don't understand is that the hotel doesn't have any quality restaurant. The hotel's dining room, where buffet breakfast and dinner are served, does not have the capacity, but you won't wait long for a table. We did not try the buffet dinners. Instead, we dined 2 times at the Nostalgia restaurant, which I very strongly warn against!!! The first day we got raw pork neck. I don't know the reason the restaurant lists the weight of the meat if they don't follow this. Is this an invitation to the Czech Trade Inspectorate? However, on the first day at least we got food. The second day (Saturday 8pm), already on arrival it was clear that it was a bad choice, but you have no other one. The staff is young, inexperienced, unorganized, they don't know what they are doing. After an hour and a quarter after ordering the food, we found out that they don't even prepare this. We waited so long because it's standard, you wait 30 min for a beer. So just no dinner that day (which is great if you have kids). The waitress didn't even apologize. Fun park is new and great - the question is whether it's enough for the whole stay. Luna park - Old, discarded machines, of which one in three works. Aquapark - suffers from a classic defect of Czech pools, it's really cold there. I guess it wasn't always like that, because I've heard locals talking about how it used to be much warmer there (the price of energy is going up, so they're obviously starting to save money). We've tried it, we're not going back.

A unique place to say the least. The decor throughout the hotel says relaxation and fun. Wellness Hotel Babylon delivers on all this from the rooms, to the wellness center, to the Aquapark and other entertainment. However, there were two things we wish we knew ahead of time. One, the wellness section bans bathing suits. Everyone is given a sheet to cover up when walking from sauna to hottub or throuout the area. Inside those attractions, full nudity is often experienced. We didn't mind this. It was just unexpected. The other helpful hint we wish we knew ahead of time was to book massages and other therapies well in advance of the reservation. If you show up without booking well ahead, you will be left out, as we were.

As always great experience, rooms have plenty of space, good quality of furniture, cleaned orooerly everyday. Staff is always happy to help and assist, especially around restaurant, our son is celiac and has limited choise of food. There is always food to choose for him. Great is a laser show in the pool

Everythig was excellent, from the first time when we went to the reception to last time, thank you very much!! we had a not only hotel but everything in Babylon, my son had a two nights without pay. Excellent.

Everything is perfect.Nice staff,beautiful hotel,parking in the hotel,beautiful spa.Good location.Evrything was better,than we accepted.Free acces to the ZOO and beautiful big spa with a lot of facilities.

Great activities for kids all around. IQlandia is amazing as well! The food in the hotel is of an industrial level and bad quality. The rooms are very hot, you can not open any window and the AC is not working properly. The hotel is huge and not well indicated what is where. Can be a nightmare to find the pool or the restaurant. The reception is friendly and professional.

We are family of four and came here to enjoy fun park and aqua park as advertised "under one roof". Although under one roof, it is badly organized when it comes to attached facilities (fun park, aqua park etc...) . For example, in aqua park it is impossible to pay for food and drink by charging your room or by card. Nonsense to ask for cash while you ask people to carry arm tags around. In the fun park they said I could charge the room, most of the time it didn't work and I payed by card. Room is nice and comfy, but missing some basic hygienic items (cotton ear buds, cotton pads etc...). Food and drink selection for breakfast and dinner is very basic and some of poor in quality and for the given price tag. Also, it is important to mention that some meals were very delicious. It was noticed that some food is not refilled regularly (I came 30min late after my family and experienced this). Vending machines accept only coins, however, to obtain coins I had to visit closest petrol station. We didn't have chance to visit wellness center. Important to note is that almost all has to be payed in advance and for many things deposit had to placed. Fun park is nice and big and is definitely a recommendation for one day visit.

It was Very refreshing and relaxing place. We were in aquapark and I have to say It was something! Also the atmosfere was excellent + the incredible laser show. Loved It. We enjoied every minute we had
