Friendly staff, clean room and commons area. Terrible mirror lighting in bathroom for applying makeup, we’ve suffered w this same mirror lighting @ numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. We love dogs, but didn’t appreciate the barking in the hall late in the evening and at 6:30 in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate guests.

Nice property, but the evening manager was fantastic —. Friendly, professional yet really fun. Nice room and breakfast area.

This is likely not a property issue, but, an ******* issue. Hotel was $77 on-line- wow! (Were driving and just needed to stop for the night, so hadn't booked in advanced.) Hotel staff could not accommodate that rate, said we should book via ******* to get it. When we went back in to *******, rate was now $111 (in the span of 5 mins checking to booking.) Frustrating.

They charged me more than I was quoted, after they assured me that they would credit me for the overcharge.

We were with a group. For the most part this was an awesome stay, no problems for my husband or myself. The group we were with shared a room, and reserved a room that they were told had a hide-away bed. When they got there, they discovered it didn't, and the hotel didnt have a roll-away bed for them to use (this hotel was not fully booked). There was no reason they shouldnt have had a roll-away. Either way it was figured out, but still guest service was less than expected. The hotel was nice and comfortable otherwise.

Probably should have removed the listings seeing how the power was out. $125 to stay at a hotel with no power or hot water. Staff has been great though. Give them a raise and pay the light bill.

Friendly helpful staff. King bed had two sleeping divits and wasn't very comfortable, might be time to get new mattress.

The grounds, hotel and rooms were very clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great as well as the fitness center. Everything in the fitness center was well maintained. Breakfast was great, especially the omelets with peppers and cheese.
