"The booking process was easy and had been prepaid. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s easy to find in a good location close to our favorite place to eat while we are in Liberal. The room was clean, comfortable bed and easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. The only issue was the toilet paper holder was loose and trying to come off the wall."

"This is definitely a 2 star motel or less. For starters, they do not provide any type of streaming or cable tv. Must use GuestCasttv.com from your phone, tablet or laptop in order for the tv to work. They do not provide any type of maid service during your stay. When you want new towels you have to go down to the office and exchange them for fresh towels. Our front entrance door was rather old/worn and from inside the room you could see outside daylight via a large vertical crack between the door and framing. The motel is located right next to a busy 4 lane street in which you hear all the different vehicles driving by all day/night long. You can even here people speaking right outside in the parking lot. The enclosed bathroom (commode/shower) is small. The shower head in our room has been dripping/splattering for so long the bottom drywall is partially missing. The bathroom sink was also leaking in which I reported both leaks to the person at the counter. The room has a wooden floor which is good for those who have pets. You are required to pay an additional $25.00 per day to park in their own parking lot right in front of your door. Each parking space (marked with white lines) is extremely small in width so be prepared for door dings. Approximately 400 yards down the road are multiple government housing projects everywhere. I walked approx 100 yards to a food mart to purchase bottled water and felt like I required a body guard or weapon for protection. What a nightmare this place was for both myself and my companion. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
