⚠️⚠️⚠️MUST READ ⚠️⚠️BEDBUG🪳🪳⚠️⚠️ My family and I were planning to stay here for three nights in August. After arriving we were so excited to start our vacation in Italy with our two kids. As we checked in one of the two bedrooms apartments we noticed how the place was appalling and had stains all over the walls. You can see what I am talking about in the pictures inscribed below . The next morning , both of my kids and I noticed red spots all over our legs and back with my older son having a little stream of semi-dried blood going down his leg which we unfortunately cleaned away before we thought of taking a picture of it . The following morning we let the front office know and they said they will change the apartment and change the sheets and we also told them about the sofa and how basically everything else in the apartment looked dirty. We did not think about it much as we were excited to start our vacation but during the day my two kids body was itching so much where the bedbugs were that we had to stop and give him medication to stop the itching. My younger one was crying so much and scratching the marks that the following couple days were completely ruined and we couldn’t get to any of the activities that we had planned for the days . On top of all of this , our kids were so traumatized and now have a bad impression of Milan being an indelible negative mark jn their trip to Italy and were begging us to not go back to the hotel. I called the hotel ask for the manager. After calling few times they finally put her on the phone. Her name is Federica Who was not helpful at all. Stay away from this place if you do not want to have a disastrous trip!

Il s’agit de notre deuxième réservation au filario … nous avions eu quelques commentaires concernant notre dernier séjour et le moins que l’on puisse dire c’est que le service est efficace ! Que dire : j’ai réservé en direct en étant claire sur mes exigences de chambre et Lucca (manager) et toute L’equipe a réellement surpassé nos attentes !!!!! Le service et l’accueil ont été parfait ! Et la chambre … enfin pardon la suite ! Le RÊVE ! Nous avons eu l’immense chance d’être surclassé dans la suite junior qui était en tous points parfaite ! On nous a aussi offert une bouteille de prosecco ! Bref parfait parfait et encore parfait ! Nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir.🤩

La oferta es engañosa, tienen un hotel y unos apartamentos, reserve viendo fotos del hotel de lujo, y mi cuarto fue un apartamento austero. Moverse a bellagio o como es muy complicado, deberian de ofrecer servicio de transporte incluido en el hotel. Un taxi costo 140 euros. Me intoxique en el restaurante de lujo con un tartar de res. Por 500 euros la noche es un engaño

I stayed in the hotel’s main building and the hotel is OK overall. The rooms are small but functional, have a great view and the staff is friendly. However, this hotel is marketed and priced as a luxury 5 star hotel and its is very far from that…At €900+ per night I was expecting much more than the basic offering this hotel gave me. Some examples (see pictures): no valet service nor bell service (you park and take care of your bags), old water sports equipment, torn down bathrobes and towels, poor maintenance of elevator signs, paper cups in bathroom rather than glass (which they don’t change btw), limited hours for restaurant, etc. So definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a ~3star. I would only recommend if the cost was ＜€200/night and marked as a 3star hotel to manage expectations. And although we didn’t stay in the apartment/residence, from the outside they don’t look good (even worse than the hotel).

Muy recomendable, estuvimos solo una noche pero fue suficiente para darnos cuenta de su gran calidad. El personal realmente amable, las instalaciones maravillosas, tiene una alberca infinity con agua calientita desde la que se ve el lago. Tiene acceso muy fácil al lago con camas para asolearte y puedes nadar en él de forma muy segura. Tiene estacionamiento y cuesta 20 euros la noche. En el hotel nos recomendaron un restaurante cercano y por la premura de la reservación nos llevaron en un carrito para que llegáramos a tiempo. Ofrecen muy buen desayuno con frutas, yogurt, jugos naturales, una variedad de quesos, huevo, y lo mejor: sus croissants!! Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme.

La localisation de l’hôtel est top en face de la vills balbiano. La vue est magnifique vraiment. Avoir une plage sur le lac c’est super. Le service au beach club est top et la nourriture excellente. L’usage des paddle, de la plate forme, des kayaks super. Bref tout semble au top au filario mais helas, nous logions en appartement et pas a l’hôtel… Et les appartements sont très grands ont une vue magnifique mais en revanche la propreté et les finitions ne sont du tout pas au niveau vu le prix payé ! Des traces noir partout sur les murs, une climatisation qui marche à moitié, pas de rideaux occultants, des ampoules grillées, des salles de bains basiques… Mais assurément selon l’accueil tout est en ordre et c’est agréable d’être réveillé par la lumière du jour… Bref assez basique et pas a la hauteur du lieux, du reste des équipements et du prix… Et finalement assez réceptif. On est reparti avec un sentiment mitigé très heureux du lieux et de la plage mais très déçus par l’hébergement…

Molto buono e particolare. Bellissima posizione a bordo lago e particolari anche i cocktail. Veloci, gentili e disponibili hanno saputo consigliare al meglio anche per i drink. Sicuramente la posizione fa tanto, ma se poi i prodotti ed il servizio non rendono casca tutto il sistema. E qui è stato tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza ai ragazzi al barman.. tutti! Bravi 👏🏻!

location veramente molto bella,merita anche la stella superiore.pulitissimo,servizio in camera e personale molto preparato e gentile.....piscina,giardino e spiaggia incantevole... tutto perfetto,consigliatissimo
