The staff was very rude, our room keys would only work one ti.e then we would have to go get them recoded. Thw hair dryer did not work and we had to go down a request another one, which also did mot work, finally they go us a new one and it worked.

The room was run down and there were a couple gnats flying around all night. They were repairing the roof so at one point we had construction workers hanging out in the bushes outside our room. We’ve stayed here before and don’t remember things being so run down. I did tell management.

Area was not safe, as we were given a note, card, listing all of the things not to leave in our car when we checked in. I saw a few cars pull into the parking lot stop for a few minutes and then leave. The room needed updating. It was very worn. We found several tissues under the pillows and several hairs in the bed. The hotel is right next to train tracks and across the street from the hospital. The front desk employee was very kind.

There was a smell that came from the carpet. We spoke to front desk, and she said they couldn't di anything. Anyhow, nothing was done about it. Everything else was perfect.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Workout room clean except tv monitors on equipment did not work. Overall a nice experience!

It was an average hotel. I didn't hate it, but a little outdated. It's good if you are only needing a place to sleep.

Horrible fighting traffic exiting the property, no hot tub as mentioned, bathroom dirty no extra towels no extra toilet paper ac stopped working

staff not friendly or professional, extreme amount of noise from staff and other guests.
