利茲城飯店（白廳道）

Stayed in room 104. There were stains down the walls, mould in bathroom, the air conditioning smelt strange and caused me to have an allergic reaction. (Also did not cool the room down in the slightest). There were loud bangs and noises coming from the bathroom at all hours. Was also woke by two cleaning staff bickering over the amount of cloths and cleaning products used by the male cleaning staff trying to remove mould from a room. The female cleaner stated “they did not care” regarding management and instructed the male to use less cleaning products.

Rooms were average - some cleaner than others. Bathroom left a bit to be desired. Main issue is lack of staff. Trying to get a drink at the bar when you have paid for a meal deal is nigh on impossible. Restaurant doesn't open until 6. vending machines were out of order. Staff who were there were trying their best except the late evening staff. Returned about 10 o'clock and tried to get a couple of drinks. Lime and soda seemed too complicated and milk for coffee was a mystery. It seemed to be my fault the staff on duty didn't know how to charge to the meal deal. First of all you can't do that - erm yes we did it earlier then well I don't know how to do it. In the morning nobody to advise the hair dryer kept cutting out. I appreciate there is a lot of competition in leeds with hotels but it's unfair of Premier Inn to run a hotel on so few untrained staff. Not fair on guests or staff. Breakfast staff were great but again - not enough on duty would not recommend

I’ve stayed in numerous Premier Inns in the past, but this one stands out from the rest. Ideal location, clean rooms, and unrivalled service. One of the staff, Jordan, stood out from the rest. I was there with a large group, some of us had additional needs. She catered for our every need and was incredibly helpful. The other staff were also very good, helpful, and friendly.
