staff was not cooperative even they are showing attitude like they cant do anything  we asked for towels and bedsheets change the helpdesk attendent told me its not his duty and they dont have staff they can do it and also they let us feel that we are not members so they cant give us any service  we paid for this if you cant handle your customers without membership why would you book rooms for them just entertain only members

"Great Value, Impeccably Clean, and Delicious Breakfast!" I had an excellent stay at Hampton inn Hotel! This property truly offers great bang for your buck. The rooms were spotless, with attention to every detail, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was a standout feature—plenty of options, from fresh fruits and yogurt to hot items like eggs, waffles, and breakfast meats. Everything was fresh and replenished quickly, even during peak times. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!

This is our go to hotel for anytime we plan to go on a trip, rooms are clean, service is excellent and the breakfast is always great and if you’re flight leaves before breakfast they give you to go bags which I think is the best especially when traveling with kids.

衹睡了幾個小時

我預訂這家酒店是因為我需要住宿，以便從蒙特利爾飛往埃德蒙頓。飯店距離機場只有五分鐘的步行路程。飯店設施老舊破損，我懷疑它們根本沒打掃過。淋浴間的地板發霉了，淋浴噴頭上沾滿了污漬，家具上也積滿了灰塵。 我的房間裡有一張床和一張沙發床，但我找不到沙發床。 我沒有詢問，因為當時已經很晚了，飛行很累，而且我只住一小會兒。 希爾頓酒店也提供類似的早餐服務。他們提供雞蛋、蛋白質（火腿或培根）、馬鈴薯、各種麵包、優格、華夫餅、麥片等等。 如果他們能更注意清潔就好了。

地理位置便利，靠近埃德蒙頓機場，可搭乘免費接駁車抵達。員工非常熱情周到，服務優質。房間乾淨，但地毯、家具和浴室略顯陳舊，需要升級。床很舒服，枕頭也很好。早餐選擇豐富，全天供應咖啡，性價比高。

床和枕頭很舒服。 早餐還可以，但應該提供更多選擇，少放點糖。 飯店有點破舊，急需翻新。

如果您靠近機場，這裡是不錯的住宿地點，我們在這裡住了一晚，房間很棒。
