特爾福德國際中心普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Telford International Centre)

Good location clean & tidy

Travelled to Telford for a catch up with an old friend this hotel seemed like a good central location and it was. There are lots of restaurants under neath the hotel and the town square with the fountain is very scenic and nice. The room was perfectly fine and very clean. The Bed was very comfy. I was most wowed by the staffs service Cj was very pleasant. I ate in the restaurant with my friend in the evening unfortunately there was only one vegan option the Tomato Linguine which I didn’t fancy so I just had chips. I would stay again I had a nice stay the breakfast was fine vegan sausages too. the two girls working very hard one of them was pregnant were very lovely

I had high expectations for the hotel, we stayed over when there was a big show on at the international centre so the prices were massively inflated. Upon arrival there was no one on reception and you could walk right in off the street into the hallways, which is a big safety concern. We checked ourselves in and went to the room, the room was ok at best and the bed was appalling, a rock hard bed that put me on the sick the following work day with back ache like never before. The shower trickled out when on full and when I went to reception to let the staff know about these issues there was no one to be seen. Pushing the bell made no difference so I had to call it a night. I have asked for the good night guarantee to be put into place so we shall see if that is honoured or not. For a hotel in the city centre I was very disappointed, especially with the price inflation of almost £115 for 1 night.

No mobile data in the hotel and WiFi completely unavailable. No indication that WiFi wasn't working anywhere in the hotel. Paid for the premium WiFi and when reporting to the reception informing them of the issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done by them and it was what is was. No offer of a refund on their behalf. In addition, the bed was not comfy and even marks on the bed linen. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I've had in a hotel and the bathroom had marks around the toilet and sink area.

Add buffet breakfast and ordered cooked breakfast. Cooked breakfast came out really quickly so got cold as we were still eating our cereal. This happened with all customers having breakfast. They need to give time for customers to complete their buffet breakfast first. Otherwise a 5 for service

Me and my husband stayed a couple nights last month for the Snooker championship down the road. The international centre is only a 5/10 minute walk away so was very convenient for us. We had a very nice stay and also dined in the restaurant. Special shout-out to C.J. who opened the restaurant early for us one of the days (it opens at 6.30). This was very kind because it was busy for the staff I could see. He also gave us fresh milk because I don’t like the little milk pots. A very charming young man we wish him all the best for the future. the fish and chips was very good quality for the price of the meal deal. The other gentlemen who served our drinks was also very pleasant. In the morning the breakfast was lovely and the two girls did superbly I didn’t get there names. We will definitely be coming back again for next years tournament.

Great location to visit the local Ironbridge museums. Hotel was clean and as you’d expect, family room configured well, quality of the breakfast better than expected! Useful to be located so close to many restaurants within walking distance, and the fabulous unexpected bonus-the amazing adventure playground just opposite which was perfect for the children!

A most enjoyable stay at this well positioned location close to parking and shopping, also close to the Telford International Centre who was hosting a player’s snooker championship tournament which we attended in the evening. We had a good nights sleep without any outside or inside noise. Enjoyed our breakfast with lots of choices. We will be back soon to the same hotel when the weather improves for a couple of days to enjoy the location and local walks etc.

Booked 2 rooms to stay 2 nights with my 2 young children and my sister. Hotel was clean, secure and tidy and breakfast was perfect to set us up for a full day of activities. This was handy because with the close proximity of the town park and Exotic Animal Zoo there was plenty of energy spent. A plethora of restaurants for evening meals made refuelling at the end of the day very easy and a good nights sleep in a super comfy bed was just the remedy. Small gripe was the 2 rooms we had booked were separated down a hallway and not adjacent, nothing worth complaining about. Superb stay, highly recommend Premier Inns and the Telford Exotic Animal Zoo great value for money!
