On a business visit to Telford I stayed at this travel inn It was as expected, clean friendly and convenient The room was spotless, good breakfast Only disappoin**ent was the waiting time to check in, after driving most of the day the last thing anyone needs is a long wait at reception, to be fair the lady worked as fast as she could and apologised So a good enough stay

Had a brilliant stay!! The room was clean and bathroom spotless. Bed was so comfy took a note at there mattresses make !! Staff were very friendly and welcoming and offered a lot of information. Telford has a lot to offer if you have young ones everything is close by. Would definitely stay again.

Booked in for work and just the same as any other premier inn, good location, comfy bed, good meal deal and breakfast deals. I dont usually write reviews but the reception staff has been really helpful with issues i have had (struggled for network signal EE and wifi wasnt connecting) receptionist Sam went out her way and spent the time needed with myself to get me back up and running. The little things really do make a differance, now I can contact my family and video call my son - thankyou Sam

Welcome and friendly. Quiet considering it is next to the train station. Clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Good night sleep. Could not hear the people in the next room so that was a bonus. Been to a few different premier inns, but this is the best.

Fantastic stay, clean room, service was spot on. Great breakfast and evening meal, service a little slow but the team were apologetic. Only downfall was the Nescafé sachets, please, please bring back the kenco!

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Just a stones throw from Telford Town Centre, and right next to the train station. Enjoyed. Will use again for sure. The kids had a great time too. Telford has plenty to offer!!

As always staff were great hotel was tired and needed some tlc. Restaurant was OK but I think they had lost their duster.

I wanted to give a special mention to Sarah who greeted us at reception with a welcoming smile. She was friendly, attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to help meet our needs. Excellent customer service, thank you Sarah. You made a superb impact on our stay.

Wonderful staff, good clean hotel, clear parking, nice and close to train station. Good breakfast, decor a bit tired in the Beef Eater - staff made up for it.
