Konumu oda çok iyi sadece sıcak su sıkıntısı vardı

فندق ممتاز وعالاخص الجناح بالعلى مع التراس والجاكوزي تم الحجز بواسطة شركة ماي تورزيوم خدمات الشركة جدا ممتازة وعند قولهم صراحة . الموقع وسط الخدمات وإطلالة البحر والطبيعة اكثر من رائعة وتحته سوبر ماركت كبير ومطاعم وكافيهات لا يحتاج لسيارة .

Kahvaltı rezalet varmı yokmu belli değil,saat akşam 22’de oda sevisinden yemek istedim.Mutfak kapalı dediler oda servisi yoktur dilerdeniz dışarda big shef var cevabını aldım.Otelin personeli son derece terbiyesiz ve ukala yanlışlıkla ön büro müdürüne denk gelirseniz allah yardımcınız olsun…Arap müşterilerine o kadar güveniyorlarki bir daha bu otelde kalmam dedim bana verdikleri cevap bir arkanıza baksanıza dediler gördüğüm manzara arap misafirlerdi yazık. Bu arada tv menüsü arapça değiştirin dememe rağmen umurlarında olmadı

We arrived in Trabzon, Turkey on October 3rd and stayed at the 4-star Alissan Hotel for 8 days. My brother Faisel Ismail and friend Salah Almeer and I shared a room there. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist named Ms. Haneefa, who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel staff were all loyal and dedicated to serving guests and making them feel like part of the family. Our room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a variety of delicious food. We had a remarkable tour of Trabzon's beautiful weather, and we definitely plan to come back and recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

I was in the hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff was super super helpful. Ozgur at the reception was extremely helpful. The restaurant staff was not nice and even dud not Greet the guest. They were very cold. The dishes were not named and I was clueless of what I had to have fie breakfast. I was ordering one dish for dinner a pasta. On the final day the price was more than double. I observed it only when I received the bill with the food. It was so un professional the way the restaurant operated. The room was excellent abs cozy. Only plus point my stay was the front Office staff the lady and ozgur and the room. I feel hotel need to be more professional and hope the management will take action. I am planning to visit again but my fingers are crossed of my stay in the hotel. These are my genuine comments
