fue un viaje de paseo familiar el hotel muy agradable muy atento el personal el cafe tiene buenos desayunos el ****** muy limpio no huele a humo muy recomendable lo único un poco lejos de todo

olvide mis lentes, hable y me dijeron que si estaban, avise que regresaria en 1 mes, regrese y me tuvieron media hora diciendome que NO ESTABAN, les dije q no me iria de ahi sin mis lentes, y si, despues de un largo tiempo me los regresaron. De igual forma me dijeron QUE NO ENCUENTRAN MI RESERVA PARA REGRESARME MI REEMBOLSO, pesima experiencia. NO REGRESO.

My friend and I recently stumbled upon bee queva hotel and ******, it was so nice and relaxing but the second time we checked in there was tooth paste in the sink, the towels and wash clothes had black stains. Unfortunate for such a nice hotel. I’m unsure if it’s because we paid through a third party we got that room.

We were in the Laveen area for a graduation & are not gamblers, but the lodging & pool area were perfect for us. There weren’t any dining options except fast food when we arrived mid afternoon. The area is remote so we had to drive a minimum of 20 minutes to find a unique/non-franchise type sit down restaurant. Breakfast in the morning at the Cafe was very good & our server was nice. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

The reason we stayed was for the ******. I would probably stay at one of the gilas larger properties next time. Only found a few employees that were somewhat friendly. Bartenders not so much at all. Felt like we were bothering them.

Nice, quiet and clean however my husband and I were there on a Monday night. Disappointingly my room was very cold, wasn't able to locate the thermostat.

The staff is always very nice. The facility is very clean. We usually upgrade to a suite. This time we used hotel credits and got a king room. I missed the suite amenities. Will be back in March in our regular suite.
