Отзыв не относиться к проживанию в отеле. А целиком посвящен ресторану Верде гриль. Несколько лет назад мы ели в данном заведении. Было все мега вкусно вспоминаю до сих пор теплый салат с курицей и муж вспоминает свинину гриль с кимчи салатом и горчичным соусом и бургер с рваной курицей понравился детям .. огромный , что не доели. И по этому планируя поездку в Лампа мы не сомневались что ужинать будем в Верде. Пришли заказали 2 шашлыка из свинины, одну фрикартошку, и рыбу красную с гриля. Рыбу принесли с душком я была в шоке, не как не ожидала такого. Заменили на салат с курицей. Тоже так себе блюдо. Ни муж ни ребенок не съели шашлык жёсткий, жирный и вкус не о чём. При оплате счета не посчитали ни рыбу , ни салат и даже предложили не оплачивать шашлык. Муж не стал заниматься пересчётом и оплатил. Речь не идёт о деньгах, а о том что по факту тут больше и есть не где. Вообщем печаль, не знаю где завтра будем ужинать, но точно больше не здесь. Жаль нет фото рыбы.. ТК сразу вернули. Шашлык на фото, это уже "поел" муж, все оставили на тарелке и ребенок так же поел. В салате я съела пару кусочков курицы и черри томаты. Отвратительная еда, нет слов просто.

The location is pretty, however I was charged extra for nothing because of misleading information on their website. When I asked about the extra fee at the reception, they acknowledged the mistake and informed me that the extra charge would be removed. The next morning I was surprised to see that the extra charge was applied anyway, and that this decision was made by the manager who wasn't available at the time, so they couldn't do anything about it. The poor customer service left us with a bitter experience.

I visited Laulasmaa SPA first time in my life. The hotel was clean, the pillows where fluffiest ones so you could adjust them how you want. The brekfast was super good and choice was wide. I loved special healthy juices they had done. The lobby cafe had a wide choice of cakes. Spa has different saunas and bubble baths. The area around the house is nice: beach and pine trees. I did not find anything to complain over! All was super good! I reccomend!

Kitchen is absolutely wonderful. Both in cafe and breakfast. They differ from everyone else with their choice. Food on the plate is very thought out. Breakfast has wide choice of special stuff such as curcuma powder, sprouts, homemade juices, cinnamon, homemade smoothies etc. Staff is friendly and helpful, but cafe setup could use some improvement. Lift noise was not pleasant in the morning.

We visited the LaSpa hotel and stayed in a renovated beach house. It has to be said that the high price of the room was not particularly justified. Would have expected a more innovative, inviting environment and more furnishings in the lobby of the beach house. When checking in at the hotel, you had to ask the reception staff yourself several questions (where to get breakfast, how to get around). In addition, the dinner experience at Liiv resto was bad, there was no service of any kind, the young girls couldn't answer questions (no knowledge of the products) and it took an awfully long time. In addition, it was not possible to sit at a table in the restaurant as a foreign guest was listening loudly to Spanish videos in the middle of the restaurant.... so dinner had to be eaten on low couches. None of the waiters asked about the situation or offered any solutions. The waitress at breakfast was intrusive and immediately demanded an answer as to whether we would like something from the side menu or find what we needed in the buffet. We arrived quite early for breakfast and this kind of pestering was not pleasant. Finally, I asked about feedback forms when checking out of the hotel. I was told there was one on the website, but unfortunately could not find it there. All in all, poor customer service overshadowed the overall experience and it was difficult to find a sense of well-being.

We called on early Saturday morning to ask aboud double room. The guy who answered said that they have none. I saw earlier that there was a suite available at *********** so I asked about that. The guy checked again and said that there is available room in Beach Residence. I asked what would be the price if we come now and he said that it is 202€ until Sunday noon. So we left our friends house and drove to the hotel. Upon on arrival the guy behind counter announced that because we are early it will be another 90€, as oficcial check in is at 15.00 This was really bad suprise as he promised another price by phone. He gave us wrog information and we could have stayed with friends until later. As this was unfair, I asked who can deside on this kind of topics and he said that later there will be another worker. We still took the room, as we where tired and did not want to drive any further. About on lunchtime I went to the reception to explain what information was given to us upon the booking. A very angry lady at the reception said, that we should book only through home page next time and not by calling. There was no wish to do something about their own wrong information. Then the lady demanded, that I would pay right away, because she does not want any trouble - the treatment was if we would be stealing something, very unpleasant. I have traveled a lot and never have I met this kind of unfriendliness. There is no hospitality in this business. The room was nice and comfortable, so I'll give this stay average points, but I do not think we will be returning soon, to this unwelcoming place.

Warning! This is not a pet friendly hotel! We had a room booked for two nights with our medium size dog. When we entered the room we saw it was badly cleaned, there was dust on the floors and the bathroom had smudges. The room was outdated, the wall was missing pieces and there were scratch marks from previous pets. We started to settle in and turned the ac lower. After a while we realized that the ac was not working. We were sweating in our swimwear. The hallway outside the room was cold compared to the room. What's the most dangerous is that the door is light and it opens towards the outside. If a dog jumps on the handle, the door opens. We couldn't stay in this room, so we tried to find a solution with the reception. They lied to us, saying the ac can't handle the heat outside and that all the doors in the rooms are the same. I have a hard time believing that none of the rooms have a working ac. They actually asked if we can put a chair in front of the door to prevent the dog from jumping.. The only real solution they gave us is give our money back. We had to accept this, and ended up wasting our day trying to find a new place to stay in. The worst is that they said this happened before. It's interesting to see that the hotel doesn't care enough to change a few doors and fix their ac, but instead they tell their workers to lie to the customers. Any self respecting 4-star hotel would have gone out of their way to find us a new room and not throw us into the street.

Beautiful beach and nice spa but hotel rooms where avarage. Rooms floor where dusty. I extra called and asked to book us a tabel in restaurant Käbi but there was no tabel prepeared for us and nobody didnt really care. In Käbi restaurant was hot like in sauna, so it was quite a challange to eat. No air conditioner.

Rooms are small but it includes elementary amenities. Every time I have visited the hotel (3 times last year), there has been problems with room key cards! Also bed is not so good - mattress keeps slipping from the position. Breakfast in the morning is very good and there are lots of options. Spa is above average SPA in Estonia and is kids friendly.
