Fabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

My partner and I stayed here for a week at the end of February for my birthday. The hotel did not advertise that they would be shutting down the rooftop bar when the carnival was taking place . Not only were we kept up each night carnival was on due to people partying and loud music we couldn’t even access a drink. No bar facilities were provided . Very disappointing when you are there for your holidays . I have given the hotel two stars , this is for the staff who couldn’t of been kinder , however management have let them selfs down by closing facilities for private functions and taking hotel bookings at the same time . Please note this hotel does not have a restaurant, and I would only advise you to book this for business not holidays . The pool does not open till 16.30 and you can not change the temperature of your room as they have locked the AC

The location is good but the room is just OK given we upgraded to suite with a Roof Terrace. Room and accommodation very clean. The space was acceptable but not a suite. The terrace was nice but no cushions as featured in pictures. There are very few UK reviews despite the hotel being featured in TUI, so hope this info answered some of the questions we had, The breakfast included was in the park below in a cafe . It was basic to say the least , although nice. A coffee, a glass of orange, a piece of fruit and croissant. There is some photos on trip advisor of breakfast but these are out of date and the cafe providing breakfast has now changed. Water temp in shower is changeable. No English speaking TV at all not even BBC world news. No English/ black tea in rooms so take some tea bags if you enjoy a cup. Wi fi good and air conditioning. The location is what makes the hotel, alongside clean and secure accommodation. Don’t expect the usual hotel it does not have a reception. The entrance is a back street but don’t be put off. Our room was quiet but on the 3rd floor. Las Palmas itself is nice for maybe 3 or 4 days. We stayed 7 and it was too long. A plus is there is a hop on hop off bus in the square about 50 m away that you can get to Veguetta. There is lots of restaurants in the square with nice quality food and good value drinks. If your turn right out of entrance and next left you will find a selection of nice tapa bars within 50 meters. beach a short distance too and a nice walk from one end to the other. The cruise port can be seen from park view terraces and provided an ever changing view of cruise ships

El apartamento esá muy bien situado, sobre todo si vas en carnavales, pues en la misma plaza se encentra el escenario donde se celebran los actos más significativos de estas fiestas. el apartamente en si es muy pequeño,pero bueno, lo justo para pasar unos días, está cerca de la playa de las canteras y al lado de la estación de autobuses. lo que no nos gusto nada y lo aviso para futuros clientes, fue el calentador del agua, es super pequeño y no da tiempo ni a duch**** una persona, te tienes que duchar estilo mili y uno or la mañana y otropor la noche, porque ya te digo que no da para nada. en recepción nos atendieron don señoras, una de ellas, la más mayor fue un poco, bastante seca, la verdad, con lo agradable que son los canarios.... la otra mujer fue bastante más agradable y poco más, en el aprtamento hay menaje para dos, en el que estuvimos nostros había sacacrochos, que hay mucho apartamentos que no lo tienen. en definitiva, un buen sitio para pasar unos días, pero no para irte de vacaciones.

We’ve stayed here a number of times recently and it doesn’t improve. As a bonvoy platinum member I try hard to stay at Bonvoy properties whenever they are available. This one just doesn’t cut it. Staff at front desk are never friendly or accommodating. The wifi is absolutely awful and really, the rooms are very small. The only upgrade ever offered to us (over 3 stays this winter) was to a higher floor. Really disappointing.

公寓街區的入口方式看起來不吸引人,但走廊非常現代。我相信一些房間已經裝修過,但103號礦房在廚房有點疲憊,浴室裏使用了混合瓷磚。位置非常適合咖啡館和小吃店,外面一條長長的步行道。 我的房間有一個小陽台,你可以掛洗衣服,離酒店只有幾碼遠。 從陽台上可以看到大海,就在瞬間的距離。沿着寬闊的海灘,有一個非常寬的長廊,大約一英里。 廚房有兩套盤子,杯子和碗和餐具。熱板是現代的,加熱速度非常快。有一個大小不錯的冰箱,但隨着冰的冰,我的冰箱滴在地板上。 前台接待員很好,但只會說西班牙語,但能夠幫我搭出租車回機場。 我非常喜歡那裏的5晚,會再次入住那裏。晚上有一些街道噪音,特別是在星期五。兩張單人牀前有一個掛牆的彩色電視。
