拉普拉普飯店

We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

我和11歲的女兒預訂了這家酒店,以度過我的生日。這家酒店很新,設計很現代。入住非常順利,前台官員非常客氣。由於當時酒店沒有完全預訂,我被允許提前入住,並且很友善地爲我提供了房間升級。由於牀配置不適合我和女兒,我禮貌地拒絕了升級。我們想要一張雙牀,房間升級只適合一張大牀。我們的房間大小對於雙牀房來說相對較小。它大約21平方米,當您的行李和東西都在房間周圍時,它有點緊。自助早餐一般,熱菜不保暖,選擇有限。但對於早餐的平均種類,我不會抱怨更多。酒店非常近(我的意思是步行距離)到7/11便利店,附近有優質餐廳,麥當勞,麥丹阿爾菲雷斯科等...我喜歡社區的氛圍...,它就像一個小社區內的一個小城市。不是說我真的不喜歡,但只是我不太欣賞的東西...它是酒店的游泳池,看上去很模糊,在我們去參觀的時候沒有保持乾淨。酒吧的價格有點貴,白天不會提供任何快樂的時間。游泳池區域的周圍沒有保持乾淨和美觀。總的來說,我們真的很喜歡我們在薩沃伊的住宿。

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

飯店的海灘非常的漂亮，早上6:00 到晚上06:00 開放游泳，整個度假村有三個游泳池，不用擔心人擠人 晚餐我們是單點，餐點還不錯，義大利麵，pizza, 印尼牛肉飯以及沙拉都挺美味的 早餐buffet，很喜歡他的沙拉碗配起士，炸小卷很特別，很好吃，水果也不少。 就是房間的設備有點陳舊，尤其是浴室，還是很傳統的浴缸。 不知道是因為颱風下雨的關係，房間內有一股潮濕的味道，但幸好冷氣夠涼，床也很舒服，因此睡的還不錯。 飯店離繁榮的區域也不遠，走路大概五六分鐘，只是路上車多不太好走，可以去大街做spa, 或是酒吧喝酒，都挺不錯的 路上有很多燒烤店，只是燒烤的食物種類很少，再加上飯店禁帶外食及飲料，因此並沒有嘗試。 整體飯店體驗還可以。

酒店本身如果相當不錯,有寬敞的房間,冰箱,電熱水壺和微波爐,還有一個小但工作電視。外面有一個公共休息區,有漂亮的沙發,你可以免費停車。走廊寬敞,裝飾有品味。雖然沒有電梯,3樓居然是四趟航班上去。可惜入住的第三天要求房間乾淨,但沒發生。最糟糕的是與他們的在線預訂和付款系統有關。我把我的房間收費到我的BPI帳戶,從我的銀行帳戶中扣除,但這筆交易沒有得到哥本哈根住宅的承認。他們說我必須處理他們的在線支付網關-Asiapay。我要求電話或電子郵件,但來自哥本哈根的人沒有。喜歡,哇。我辛苦賺來的錢流水。我試圖尋找Asiapay的聯繫方式,但網站只有HK電子郵件地址。我試圖撥打號碼,但沒有得到答案。多麼可以毀掉本來是愉快的體驗。

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

餐廳只有兩家，但是8樓夜景很美，氣氛也很好，而且1樓的早餐品種比我想像的要多，而且好吃，滿足。房間也很乾淨。我訂了兩個房間，每個房間都是相連的，可以在房間內來回走動，所以我可以在房間裡悠閒地度過。不幸的是，淋浴的水溫很低。一個房間的淋浴幾乎沒有水。主池根據位置不同有不同的深度，從2英尺到5.5英尺不等，而且池底表面光滑，所以不會受傷，而且水很乾淨。

偉大的！我迫不及待地想再次回來！優秀的員工和優越的地理位置！它就在機場附近，當我們打電話給工作人員說我們正在路上時，他們立即回應說一切都很好。 如果問我是否會再次入住？這是一個響亮的是！！！！我正在分享他們頁面上的一些照片。是的，一模一樣！

到迎賓大廳就會有服務員幫忙下行李，辦好入住手續後也會幫忙運到房間，很棒！ 櫃檯英文流利，應對流暢，態度佳 房間雖有點老舊但算乾淨，沒有髒污及頭髮，冷氣很涼，景觀很美 早餐是自助buffet，該有的都有，麵包、蛋、肉、果汁、水果應有盡有，且價格親民 唯一缺點是泳池的女生淋浴間會有男服務員闖入，這侵犯了女生使用者的隱私
