我们不得不建议其他旅客另寻他处。我们的入住体验极其糟糕，首先是卫生状况差到令人无法接受。事实上，我们甚至在房间里发现了一只蟑螂。此外，电瓶车服务一直很慢，员工的态度也始终充满敌意且不友好。有一次，他们甚至不等我们就离开了，之后还声称我们不在。随后，我们打电话寻求服务时，前台明显不愿接听，这感觉像是对我们之前投诉的惩罚。鉴于酒店缺乏基本的专业精神和卫生状况，我无法推荐这家酒店。岛上有很多更好的选择，更值得您的光顾。

我们入住的是海景别墅套房，与其他酒店房间隔开，从远处看似乎空无一人，但实际上一切都很好。所有设施齐全，房间宽敞安静。海景别墅也与其他兰卡威泻湖度假村的住客和一些私人买家共享。早餐也很不错，很美味。只是位置不在像珍南海滩或中海滩那样的旅游区，所以无法直接通往海滩。

This is our second time in Langkawi, and both times we stayed at Ombak Villa.. Really good value for money, nice resort, decent size room and bathtub..

Excellent room spacious and in-room amenities. We love the bathroom (wudhu’ pipe), the spacious bathtub, the kitchen sink (clean up baby’s bottle etc.) without going to the toilet, the room layout, the view. Very nice 👍🏼🫰🏼

The beach view and overall atmosphere were absolutely premium. However, the cleanliness inside the hotel was rather disappointing. The floor seemed uncleaned, there were unwashed lizard droppings, and the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned, leaving an unpleasant smell. Still, I would return and try a different room because the view is truly unique.

....less than 10 min from the airport...n 15 min to chenang...overall a good stay

Best resort! Love that the service is so quick and easy to deal with~ We got the furthest room but theres a buggy sooooo everything is nice!

Big room, which I liked! But the place is a bit old, and the bathroom had a weird smell. Hope they can improve it.

The air conditioning is not cold enough but the Maintenance Team takes action immediately at 10pm. Besides that, the room the clean and with sea view

The room was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was just okay, but all the staff were super friendly.

來浮羅交怡五天住了三個酒店，這個酒店是最滿意的，有真正度假的感覺，門口就有一個大草坪，海灘上人不多，打卡了絕美的落日夕陽，50的自助餐吃到飽。春季正好遇到了有舞龍舞獅的表演，可惜衹呆了一晚，下次還想來。
