Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

訪訪客我們碰巧遇到了Residence Inn,因爲我們的航班延誤了,我們需要找到新的住宿,因爲我們以前的酒店已經滿負荷了。所以我確實很快又瘋狂地預訂了這個酒店,但我很高興我找到了這家酒店。
如果你想呆在一些不那麼擁擠的地方,沒有一百萬的孩子在走廊上跑來跑去,那麼這是一個不錯的選擇。
還有一個可愛的游泳池區,有水療中心,可以閒逛一天,並在周圍閒逛。
早餐簡單但又滿足冷熱選擇,甚至可以製作米老鼠華夫餅。
唯一的一對非常小的負面評論(並非都是酒店的錯)是
1)這不是一個理想的區域 如果你沒有車,除非你喜歡走路。 除非你願意步行至少20分鐘,穿過主要道路,否則你將無法簡單地走出去喝杯咖啡和復出。 然而,你可以Uber吃食物飲料酒精等價格只有$2.00美元,所以如果你不想離開,你甚至不必離開。
2)我們的空調不工作,所以房間變得非常潮溼,我什麼也沒說,因爲我們打開窗戶,涼爽的空氣幫助冷卻了房間
有車或者只是想有個地方寒氣再也不會離開酒店 肯定還會住這裏 😊

訪訪客酒店位於通用和迪斯尼之間。免費班車,但是班車非常繁忙。酒店早餐非常基本和令人失望。選擇不多。臥室是現代裝飾,但有些問題。牀蟲和螞蟻不得不要求更換牀單。他們沒有改變,當我要求打掃房間時,我一直被忽略,直到最終不得不讓高級工作人員參與。螞蟻肯定是酒店中的一個問題。喜歡他們提供免費的全尺寸浴室產品,這是有用的。空調在一個溫度,無法控制,所以房間裏會很冷,牀上用品很薄。

訪訪客這家酒店的位置絕對是環球影城的絕佳位置毫無疑問,這是關鍵的賣點。它隔壁是希爾頓逸林酒店,收費更多,但直接隔壁,所以與貝斯特韋斯特酒店一樣,你可以住得很近,但價格較低。我整晚都在空調裏不停的踢來踢去,而且按鈕也修不起來。第二天早上打電話報前台,回來問前台,前台人員什麼也不知道,很擔心然而,當我到達房間時,我不應該像以前那樣,它是通過維護來固定的,在我餘下的停留期間一直留在(侄子)上。清潔工們很棒,每天都爲我的房間提供服務,當我從主題公園回來時,它很可愛,很新鮮。酒店的整體狀態有點累,但這不應該讓你推遲預訂離環球很近的酒店應該意味着你每天都在環球度過大部分時間!如果您打算在酒店花更多的時間,而不僅僅是需要一張舒適的牀來停留,那麼這可能不是您的酒店。但是如果您正在尋找一個良好的價格和優越的地理位置,這當然是您的理想選擇!只是要注意一下,有免費班車去環球它早上離開一次,返回大約5.30(跟酒店查大多數最新時間),免費但是挺小的Best Western不是問題,因爲第一站是Best Western,但是從漢普頓酒店也確實有,而且人很多。總之,我會給這家酒店一個強大的4/5!

Sshownname裡面的設施看上去都很舊
疫情期間沒有客房服務
衛生打掃挺糟糕的（電視旁的桌椅，還有沒打掃乾淨的食物碎屑）
雖然床還挺乾淨的
低於我去過的其他holiday inn
另外，不要去那邊的whole food買東西，真的很爛

訪訪客酒店只是好好在那兒度過一晚,因爲離機場11分鐘,這對我們有晚點到達的航班來說很方便。
停車場是免費的
早餐很簡單, 很合適,而且包含。
安全部門很好 因爲有警衛監視酒店 夜間
- 我們看到了於溫度和度,這應該解釋他們在樓上的存在,但這不應該讓員工忽略他們的存在,在我們到達的那天晚上,離開我們離開的那天。
房間很大,兩張大牀是適合四人家的。

訪訪客用戶We stayed here last year and it was great except for the hot tub’s heater was not working. This year a year later it was still not working. Non of the ice machines were not working. Had to get it from the pool side bar. We also saw roaches in the room. We will not be back
