I must say that I was impressed. Using the key card for elevator service was cool. The LG TV is boss! The bed is nice. The view from the front window is the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Gym is top notch. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. Access to wi-fi and the printer was a bonus. If you are going to swim, the pool is only about 3 ft. deep. Thanks for the iron, board, washing machine and dryer. I am going back again soon.

I was visiting Orlando for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention center. I wanted to see a different part of town, so I stayed at Home2Suites downtown, about 11 miles away. The hotel is in a modern area of high-rises on the edge of a historic community with fascinating early to mid-century architecture. It is quiet with easy street parking, free between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am. Valet and public garage parking was also available. I was distressed by the valets' announcing they were the only parking the hotel had available, but I was soon placed at ease by the reception at the front desk. Monique made me feel very welcome, asked questions to make me feel personally valued, and gave me an orientation to the neighborhood. Staff followed up with texts during my stay to see how my visit was going. This welcoming attitude was unparalleled by any other hotel at which I’ve stayed. The room smelled good upon entering and had a fresh, clean appearance with new-looking appliances. The bathroom towels were high quality and plenty of them. I’m usually picky, but I cannot think of anything that would have improved the room environment. The restaurant and bar were on the first floor near the reception. They also were clean and attractive. I had a refreshing drink and tasty meal from the menu. Breakfast was on the second floor and the dining area was geared to the traveler with plenty of charging areas for electronics. There was a good variety of food items

We stayed here for one night and the experience was impeccable. Easy valet, friendly and helpful staff and walking distance from plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and overall exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of appearance and cleanliness. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Orlando next. 10/10

When i arrived to the hotel it said on the website free parking but it was not i call the reception and ask the men about were the free parking was located and he was rude and hangout on me. Also the pool was closed for construction when i did my check-in the receptionists told me did i was having a small room with a queen bed when i pay for studio so i correct him and show him my reservation. After that next day when me and my sister was eating breakfast this man did was staying there also can at me an yield at me because i was speaking Spanish what kind of person is going to enjoy their mother's day weekend with all these inconvenience situations since we arrived. Never again for sure.

Spent two days in Orlando and used Hilton homes2suite as our base. The staff was very friendly and professional. The parking is valet only, a small fee but very convenient. The room was well appointed with all but a stove and the bed was quite comfortable.

$32 a night valet parking! There wasn’t anything on the ******* site that indicated this when I booked it. This hotel has over 200 rooms and only 30 parking spaces onsite. They charge $32 for overnight parking. I was livid to find this out and there weren’t any other parking garages close that were cheap. To make matters worse, they couldn’t find my car the day I needed to check out and it took them 25 minutes till they found it.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Self parking would be sufficient here. Not $32 a day. Or park at the lot next door for $20 less. Pool is small but refreshing. The bar would be better off on the rooftop.
