訪訪客用戶After a hard day of travelling, I did not appreciate the check in technology providing obstacles like not accepting confirmation numbers or forcing me to jump through hoops like providing license photos when all I wanted to do was to lie down. While the room itself was satisfactory, the heating system would not respond to commands so it was often too cold in the room. I would have appreciated extra packets of creamers left in the concierge closet, as well. I think, for me, in the future I will prefer a full service hotel.
