We were in Poland for a wedding, my daughter wasn't too impressed with this hotel until she walked into the building. The outside looks unremarkable, but once inside your opinion changes immediately. As a Diamond Member we were upgraded to a King Junior Suite and it was very much appreciated! The Front Desk was attentive and polite. We received our warm cookie and headed up to our room. OMG, it was huge compared to the room we just came from, even the bathroom was large. We had so much room and space to spread out. The Executive Room was nice and we enjoyed the evening entrees, especially the soups. I can't say enough nice things about this executive room. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Although crowded at times, there was always enough food and hospitality. The breakfast was great. Lots of selections and ample food. We didn't try the made to order omelette as it looked like it could feed two people. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

This was a unique experience to us. We stayed in room 200 which isn' a room but an apartment of 125 square meters: Two large bedrooms, a living room with a piano, a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. And all is furnished with lovely, old furniture and is nicely renovated. I guess that it used to be the old owners own home? But the apartment is on ground floor, in one direction (the bathroom) facing the hotel yard, and the other direction (the bedrooms) facing a small street. This was not a problem to us, but might be it to other guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The hotel is very close to both the railway station and the old town.

我們選擇這家酒店只是因爲離ICE Krakow很近,我們即將參加音樂會的場地。房間很基本,在小的一面,但除了冰箱,它有你需要的一切。只有兩個枕頭和兩個大毛巾...牀比較硬,但是,有些怎麼樣,挺舒服的。可以步行到瓦維爾城堡(就在河對面),老城區,卡齊米日,斯特拉多姆,電車站離酒店很近。是探索城市的很好的基地,即使火車站也在步行距離內,如果計劃一日遊出城。對我們來說,從南方來,開車很容易到達。停車是45PLN/night,但空間有限。我看到周圍有很多付費的公共停車場。

訪訪客我們在克拉科夫的懷斯賓斯基酒店住了5晚。真的不能挑這個地方的毛病。我們在4樓有一個可愛的大房間,牀很舒服,他們給我們留下了免費的瓶水。酒店位置優越,靠近老城區,主要市場廣場,一個大商場和其他許多景點。工作人員都非常友好,自助早餐很好吃,有很多選擇。我們在酒店餐廳吃了幾次晚餐,食物很棒。酒店的酒吧裏備有波蘭伏特加,總的來說,我們度過了一段美好的時光,肯定會再呆在那裏!

Μείναμε 4 νύχτες σε απλό δίκλινο με πρωινό! απόλυτα ικανοποιημενοι με το πρωινό, το δωμάτιο μεγάλο και ζεστό. Τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν τόσο βολικά. Το ξενοδοχείο σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο. Προσωπικό ευγενικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε κάθε τι που χρειάστηκαμε. Για την επιστροφή βρήκαμε μικροβιολογικο με 99 pln rapid test. Στο αεροδρομίο είναι 160 pln.

There is a variety of rooms. Dorm rooms with (just) four beds (not bunks) and attached bathroom are better than in other hostels in the same price bracket. The renovated place is light and kept clean. Check-in is straightforward and pretty well organized. All facilities such as the hot shower and WiFi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Good there are lockers. Enjoyed the modern well equipped kitchen where I could cook and sit at one of the many tables. The location is within walking distance to the old town. Since the last time I stayed here, more guests behaved rather anti-social. Moreover, there were groups with youngsters (sometimes loud). At the court yard very early in the morning someone would start his motorbike (noise!). Every day the same. There is not always someone at the reception. I used the luggage storage for which you need a key. Because the receptionist was absent, I missed my bus. So plan enough time to pick up left luggage.

訪訪客用戶酒店價格相當不錯。 積極方面,房間挺好的。游泳池/桑拿都不錯。去過有游泳池的酒店,更像划槳池,但這個你實際上可以遊長度。晚上很忙(5-8),但早上死了,這意味着我可以有一個很好的放鬆游泳。接待很好,很有幫助。早餐足夠體面,雖然我認爲有點貴。克拉科夫遊客的一大缺點是酒店在偏僻的地方。打車到市中心大約20分鐘。酒店外面有一個公共汽車站,但在那裏停的唯一公共汽車沒有去中心,這意味着需要連接。附近最近的小超市步行約7/8分鐘,步行15分鐘有一個大商場。我留下來工作,所以很開心。第一次到城市的遊客最好能更靠近/更好地連接到中心。
