Lotus Blu is close to several Malls and a good central location. The hotel is nice and clean. We had a Queen room which was good, a nice shower, but very small towels. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable choice based around Filipino food, however the hot food was often cold. Great Chef who will make you an omelette. We checked in very late and ended up having the room opposite the lifts and Housekeeping, so a bit of noise. Overall a good experience for the price.

我們的航班是凌晨,所以我們早上8點到達旅館。 1.我們選擇提前入住(Php100/hour) 2.但由於我們預訂的房型不可用,我們支付了房差,以便休息(從雙人間升級爲家庭房)。 反對意見: 1.升級的房間沒有瓶裝水,我們第二天晚上看到其中一名工作人員將瓶裝水分發給新來的客人的房間。當我問我們的瓶裝水在哪裏時,工作人員說我們應該在第一晚入住時收到。跟工作人員說我們沒有收到,工作人員沒有提供我們的房間,只是說我們可以從樓下的飲水機那裏得到 2.毯子很薄,薄得像牀單一樣不適合空調房間。 3.一杯熱水(用於咖啡/熱飲/面)費用Php5. 4.走廊不乾淨,灰塵多,盆栽植物的落葉/花落。 5.淋浴軟管漏水,我們去過兩個不同的房間 - 但同樣的情況是,兩個淋浴軟管都漏水,所以水壓很慢。 6.衛生間水下水很慢,我們去過的兩個不同房間,都是同一個案例,我們被分配到二層的兩個不同房間 7.化合物有標誌,表明它是禁菸區,但事實並非如此。他們允許客人在裏面吸菸。(見圖片) 8.車內停車位不夠。所以我們的車停在外面和相鄰的停車場。 贊成: 1.乾淨的牀單,枕頭套/被罩。優秀的白色和氣味乾淨。我們也看到他們如何勤奮地熨燙他們的牀單。 2.寬敞的家庭房。雙人間剛剛好。對於一家人(帶孩子)來說有點緊,特別是有行李的話。

友好人員,上午10點定居。房間大清淨,窗外有火山。早餐有西龍和咖啡。位置不錯-步行10分鐘的車站。 缺點是,維菲消失了,沒有熱水,房間門開得很困難。

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

The place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.
