納庫魯納庫魯湖國家公園附近住宿

在Sarova Woodlands之後 這是我們第一次入住另一家Sarova Hotel。1.食物充足,感覺新鮮,而且多樣化。2.房間乾淨,簡單,無論白天還是晚上,景色都令人驚歎。3.工作人員超級友好,專業注意事項:1.主公園門入口在06:00PM結束。所以爲了避免在公園入口停留很長時間,總是在那之前到達。2.根據你的包裹,總是要求所有可用的服務。這包括進入桑拿浴室,游泳池和可用的按摩。肯定會回來很多次!!

We had a fantastic experience! My kids loved the pool and I had a great time at the massage. The food was wonderful and overall we give everything 10/10. Would definitely visit again! Our safari was phenomenal. We saw lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, rhinos, hyenas, and so much more.

沒有愉快的經歷。退房後忘記了我的錢包,接到電話回來取回。當我回到酒店時,接待員給了我錢包,但在檢查它時,裏面的所有錢都被拿走了,酒店聲稱沒有人可以偷它。我試着和他們說話,但他們說他們唯一能做的就是爲他們的記錄寫一份報告。最後,只是把它單獨留下,因爲似乎沒有人想弄清楚錢在哪裏。不會鼓勵任何人信任那裏的工作人員,因爲他們都把我當作是在撒謊,好像我在浪費錢

我們馬賽馬拉之旅的一部分把我們帶到了納庫魯,我們在那裏住了一晚。晚餐是自助餐,有各種各樣的選擇。早餐相當基本,有各種各樣的報價。我們被酒店打包了野餐午餐,看我們玩遊戲。房間乾淨,安靜,有我們需要的一切。管理層建議我們讓熱水運行5分鐘來加熱,但很快就熱了。有一個屋頂酒吧可以俯山脈(如果你可以醒來看日出,你會驚訝於顏色)。總的來說,我們喜歡我們的住宿:)

Perfect family break at the Sentrim Elementaita Lodge. Upon arriving, we were amazed by the view of Lake Elementaita from the open reception with the Sleeping Warrior hill in the background. Our rooms were made available as quickly as possible. We had booked the lake view deluxe cottages. As we requested a joint balcony we were given the unit with interconnecting rooms which were great for the kids to play with each other. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and clean bathrooms with all amenities. The restaurant was very accommodating in special requests and preparing meals for our toddler. Food quality at the buffet was excellent for all meals. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and have a great atmosphere with music throughout the day whilst you enjoy a swim overlooking the lake with a view of different birds. Overall the grounds are well maintained and many outdoor seating areas including a kids play area. Service was fantastic and a special thanks to the GM Vinay, Gideon, Chef Mutinda, Charles and our waiter Gitahi for making our stay a pleasure. Will definitely be booking this property amongst others in the Sentrim portfolio again.
