The hotel is amazing. There is a lift so we don't have to carry our Luggage though the stairs and theres a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel room is very clean and organized. The breakfast is delicious and delivered on time (there are cereals and milk, scrambled eggs and bacon and an assortment of breads daily). The location is also amazing as its 2 minutes walk from the Ottaviano station and around 10 minutes walk to Vatican. Definitely the best hotel to stay in as there are also wonderful restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Très très bien placé, proche de la station de métro Ottaviano et des lieux à visiter. Facile à trouver. Vous disposez facilement de commerces et de restaurations à tous les prix, très facile de se restaurer si besoin. Nous avons apprécié la caffetaria Gracchi juste en bas.
La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée.

The location of the hotel is simply excellent! A minute walk from Ottaviano metro station. The Vatican Museums are a 15-minute walk away.
The room is small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also small, but also very clean and new! The staff is friendly. Thanks for the tea with milk!

我進行了一次女性獨自旅行。這裡有充足的毛巾、衛生紙、肥皂、洗髮精和良好的水壓。有空調，房間很舒適。如果你把標籤掛在門上，他們就會每天清潔門。早餐每天都一樣，但是足夠了。麵包、兩種火腿、起司、奶油、番茄、咖啡、炒蛋、香腸、麥片和優格。他們總是檢查和補充供應品，所以我們從來沒有用完過，而且工作人員總是保持桌子乾淨、維護良好。
附近有超市，方便，位置也很棒，距離梵蒂岡步行只需15分鐘。您也可以步行前往聖天使城堡。
從 REG San Pietro 站前往飯店，到達車站後，沿著聖皮耶羅大教堂方向走樓梯，然後步行 5 分鐘即可到達飯店。 （但是，由於正在施工，所以沒有電梯。）
我提著一個25公斤的行李箱上下樓梯。
從月台中央的樓梯下去的話，就會從設有售票機的中央出口出來，不過從那裡需要繞很長一段路，大約需要12分鐘才能到達酒店。
前往市中心的巴士從酒店附近出發，您需要在前台購買車票，但如果您有信用卡，您可以直接上車並將其放在司機一側，而無需購買車票。提供的紅色機器上即可完成，方便快速。您也可以將信用卡放在檢票口前來搭乘地鐵。但每次搭REG火車都要買票，很麻煩。
地理位置優越，即使晚上也很安全，所以即使是作為女性獨自旅行，我也感到很安全。

AAndrei SobolevskiHiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment.
The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot.
Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours.
The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions.
HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place.
All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

梁梁志彦酒店的位置極佳，是罗马许願泉的傍邊，而且很近購物中心区，但他们地处陜窄的后街，而且房间不在同一个建築物而是在50多米的另一个建築物的顶楼。行李要在不平坦的路上被拖行十分傷箱子。住的楼是很旧的建築物，升降机超小只能容納兩人，而且如果某層沒有把门关好，升降机不会动，分分鈡要爬5層楼梯。房间还可以但洗澡的水溫很难控制，洗澡时要吗太燙，要吗太冷。房间有螞蟻，早一晩買回的旦糕报废了，更糟糕的是熱水壺煮的水有很多沉積物，两天沒有熱水喝。前台服务态很一般。花了兩千多元住了两晩，完全是踩雷。絕不推薦。
