纳拉亚纳古达附近住宿

One of my best holidays in Taj Falaknuma, everything is so beautiful and historical. I’ll definitely visit here again ~

Good location for business and especially for convention center events. Hotel provides fantastic service; people are helpful and professional (starting with pickup at airport, driver, front desk, all restaurant and bars, etc....). It is really clean and rooms have good amenities. We loved the bar that has life music in the evening, the Indian restaurant in the basement (went there several times) and also the buffet restaurant. It is a calm and special place in the hectic city of Hyderabad.

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made . Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight. Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

入住很好,快捷高效 房間很乾淨,但房間冰箱甚至不冷,甚至不能喝冷飲瓶水,這是很好的 早餐是80%的印度食物,可能是爲當地或印度客人而不是國際客人提供的,所以主要是吐司,水果和雞蛋 服務人員往往忘記您的訂單,因此需要重複或告知幾次 本來可以改進的 前台工作人員很樂於助人

享受住宿,設施很好,房間物品丟失,不得不要求物品, 在線預訂 , 確認我們必須提交和要求早餐 , 前台必須每次都得到經理的批准 ,
