南帕里（Nampally）附近住宿

One of my best holidays in Taj Falaknuma, everything is so beautiful and historical. I’ll definitely visit here again ~

整體體驗出奇的棒,之前在新德里住過拉利特,對他們的服務印象不深,但這是第一次入住Leela。 房間很大,從入口一直到房間,服務一流。 特別感謝侯賽因,主門***總是帶着熱情的微笑,Namaal和Tulika接待員非常歡迎他們的ittar和指導,多蘿西女服務員確保我們得到了很好的照顧,微笑和最後,房間清潔工 Rumanika 打掃我們的房間特別好,並確保房間的每個部分在我們入住期間都徹底打掃乾淨。有很多名字要提,但我設法記住了其中幾個名字。我知道這是一家新酒店,我相信他們將繼續保持這種服務,清潔和熱情好客。再次感謝您在酒店度過的美好時光,我們對我們的住宿感到非常滿意。

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

飯店房間維持得相當整潔，住宿期間令人感到舒適安心；服務人員態度親切、應對周到，對住客需求能即時協助處理；館內餐廳餐點水準穩定，口味不錯，整體用餐體驗令人滿意。 

Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made . Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight. Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

入住很好,快捷高效 房間很乾淨,但房間冰箱甚至不冷,甚至不能喝冷飲瓶水,這是很好的 早餐是80%的印度食物,可能是爲當地或印度客人而不是國際客人提供的,所以主要是吐司,水果和雞蛋 服務人員往往忘記您的訂單,因此需要重複或告知幾次 本來可以改進的 前台工作人員很樂於助人

享受住宿,設施很好,房間物品丟失,不得不要求物品, 在線預訂 , 確認我們必須提交和要求早餐 , 前台必須每次都得到經理的批准 ,
