一家相當新的酒店,房間有限,但服務彌補了任何缺點。非常友好的工作人員,提供體面的自助餐,位置很好,如果你正在尋找和平與安靜,並且位於一個良好的商場旁邊。總而言之,我們住得非常愉快

這只是我在印度一個月的旅行中意外的一站!酒店很好,勒子午線風格。游泳池沒有太多生命。主要是印度客人。對於我的需求還可以。

The location was fabulous The staff were extra courteous The rooms were old style and very well maintained The washroom was spotless with clean towels and adequate toiletries The common areas were old world charm and well maintained All in all I will rate this hotel better than the so called 5 star junk

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

This place is nestled in the bylanes of fort kochi. I love the fact that they have painstakingly restored an old heritage building. I appreciate the efforts and thoughts behind it. However, other areas fall short behind by miles. I got a viceroy room with an unclean balcony with no chairs to sit over. Dysfunctional phone and television set was never fixed. Overall the room was clean and good. However, catering seems to be amiss, organizing the buffet spread with right accompaniments matters. Who would serve fried rice with curd!

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
