While the hotel was very clean there was this smell of cheap toilet airspray everywhere. The employees where kind and the meal service was very good. The room was ok. But the bathroom didn't even had an air extractor. Overall all i can say is that is overpriced.

這家飯店真的很棒！環境非常乾淨，房間設計漂亮，讓人感到放鬆。特別是床很柔軟，枕頭的支撐感剛好，讓我一整晚都睡得很安穩舒適。這次入住非常滿意！

在訪問一個新的國家時,我對合適的酒店住宿有點不確定,但是,當我在 Uber 上停車時,我非常感激這些照片與現實生活相匹配。整個酒店有一個古老的世界,放鬆的氛圍,使風變得更容易。我以前從未去過危地馬拉,友好的服務讓我考慮返回,更長的私人旅行。儘管我不太流利,但母語,我接觸過的大多數人,包括酒店工作人員,都非常有幫助和耐心。 牀很舒服,房間聞起來像打掃過,最近,很寬敞。

我住了一天以後，立即修改住宿計劃，再延續住了三天。因為這裏去安提瓜也不遠。既然安全又舒適，索性都住在這裏。攜程服務人員及時給我調整了價格，由於酒店規定續訂房間不給優惠，攜程及時給我補差現金。

Estuvimos mi esposo y yo 2 noches. Dormimos en el hotel antes y después de una excursión al norte del país. Tuvieron la gentileza de guardarnos el equipaje durante el de ausencia. Los baños y la lencería de cama no estaban completamente limpios. Las toallas manchadas dan mala impresión. Podría ser un espacio que ofrece un mejor servicio pues está bien ubicado. Cuartos más limpios y un trato más amable harían la diferencia.

The room was VERY small but it had what I needed. I only stayed overnight, got in late and left early in the morning. It was a little difficult to check in since its not like a regular hotel, so I had to call and get soneone to let me in since I arrived later in the evening. I also had to wait for someone to arrive in the a.m. so I could check out. The bed was comfy, it wasnt too noisy and I slept well. It was also close to the airport and the bus to my next location. It was a decent stay for 1 night. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Very helpful!
