The service was non existent!! I paid for 3 of us in the same room but only got towels, water and coffee for 2 people! I asked for the extra towels, water and coffee but received none. The coffee maker did not work so in the end we did not need the extra cups or coffee. I expected more for the price and for a hotel that is supposed to be superior!!

Muy buena ubicación y limpieza, pero tuvimos la mala experiencia de insuficiencia de parqueo para huéspedes por eventos que se encontraban realizando en las instalaciones del hotel

We stayed in Guatemala City for an afternoon before early flight out after a week long trip to Antigua and Lake Atitlan. Whereas we stayed in locally-owned places there, we stayed in the Westin for convenience sake. It was well worth the stop. We ubered to 2 nice spots and then returned to the Westin's delightful hot tub afterwards. Beds and bathroom were top class.

The staff were the best part of the stay -from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the housekeepers, to the business center- every staff member we encountered was friendly and genuine. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities! From the restaurant, the pool, the business center and the gym everything was very clean and service was great.

Hotel is to old, front desk people do not welcome you, they charged to my Debit card $54.00 never got my money back. I liked the pool , Hotel is close to the airport .. Last time I use Expedía and the Hotel…..
