Sehr chaotisch, Personal weiß untereinander nicht die korrekten Abläufe…trotz dreitägiger Buchung wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Immer wieder Entschuldigungen und danach wurde ich wieder aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu verlassen.
Beim Frühstück 4mal von unterschiedlichem Personal nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt.
Sauberkeit Badraum befriedigend.
Garagenreservierung eine Katastrophe…Einlasskarte funktioniert …soll 25,00 € bezahlen für reservierten Parkplatz, der letztendlich dann besetzt ist und trotz Einlasskarte soll man klingeln, damit die Schranke geöffnet wird.
Rundum der Aufenthalt war mangelhaft…zuguterletzt musste ich abends an der Bar von mehreren Gästen Beschwerden anhören, das letztlich meine Erfahrung nachhaltig bestätigte!
The room was excellent—clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Convenient and comfortable. Staff were very helpful especially Marco. Recommend places to eat and was friendly. Room was clean and car park right under the hotel. Breakfast was busy and only one toaster for all the guests isn’t nearly enough.
Not he customer is king in this hotel, but the General Manager and the Receptionist I arrived late night after 4 hours driving with an online check in made before looking forward to a good night sleep. But it went all different. The receptionist refused to check me in after makijg many mistakes like not informing me about the procedure reason, why despite online check in, I had again to fill in my details, gave me wthe wrong change (24 € to little) when paying. Once I made he receptionist aware, there was no apology but just a comment: „this can happen“. Once the receptionist realized that I was not happy with the service, she told me to leave the hotel and called the police to escort me out. Such a humiliating, frustrating and discrimination I have never experienced in my life after traveling he world and staying in so many hotels. On top, when coming back 2 days later to meet the General Manager, I experienced the devastating attitude since again: no apologies, just accusations, that the guiltily one is me as a customer. If you really have to stay in this hotel, I recommend: 1.) expect no service at all 2.) count carefully the change you receive 3.) don’t say anything, because if you do, the receptionist might not like what you say and will kick you out of the hotel 4.) Look before, what other hotels are in the region so that you are prepared for the unexpected But best is, try to avoid this hotel as long as the current management and employees are still working in this hotel
While the hotel itself was fine, our experience with the restaurant was deeply disappointing and far below the expectations set by the website. The photos show a well-decorated and atmospheric space, but in reality, there were no tablecloths, and the tables were not set. Additionally, only half of the restaurant was open, while the rest of the space was dark and uninviting, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Although the waiter was very friendly and professional, the owner could certainly learn from him. The owner had no idea how to treat or welcome his guests. Without introducing himself, we were rudely told to move from a table, despite there being plenty of space available. This was unnecessary and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of interest in offering hospitality to his customers. Overall, a poor experience in the restaurant that unfortunately tainted our positive impression of the hotel.
Lovely hotel not far at all from the old town. The staff is very helpful and kind and breakfast is delicious. No lift but we knew it. There’s a car park for guests which is great! Highly recommendable. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommendable!
