LLast TouristLocation & amenities:
The location is the biggest asset of this nice independent hotel. It's near Toowong shopping center and the shops and restaurants that surround it, which include chemists & a 24 hour 7-11 convenience store. The hotel itself is home to the Katsuco Japanese restaurant on its ground floor- famous for its good Japanese food.
There is free parking for guests, but the lots are limited (approximately 25 lots). There is free street parking along Sherwood road on the same side as the hotel.
Hotel design, ambience, service:
The hotel lobby is cozy and compact, with a small seating area in front of the reception desk. Depending on the day of the week & time of day, the staff range from invisible to proactively polite & are generally nice. There is a lift to take you to your rooms over the three floors that it spans.
Room design, comfort, acoustics: (deluxe King)
The rooms are decently sized- with adequate room for luggage and sufficient points for charging. There is an ironing board, kettle, room safe, free tea bags, the usual soaps & conditioners and moisturizers provided. The bathrooms are well designed with a nifty smart/switchable/ dynamic glass looking into the bedroom. The shower head is a rain shower type - definitely giving it cred. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable indeed- standout & remarkable. There are blackout curtains which work well. As for the acoustics- overall decently quiet given the location at the corner of a busy crossroad. Noise from the corridor does seep in depending on your neighbors. There is also the usual mild hum & grumble from the bar fridge & whine from the air conditioner. The occasional street car cacophony can be heard during the day, but generally it's quiet at night. So a good night's sleep is mostly achievable.
Overall: At the risk of making it more popular than it already is, this is a highly recommended property outside the city, with free parking. Will return if in the area!

但說到預訂和服務，那就是另一回事了...考慮到我住了 2 晚的錢，我以為這裡是完美的休息場所，我想要 5 星級的...地方是的，服務簡直是災難。首先，當我到達 Swiss bel 時...我去接待處登記，因為我在網上預訂了一間大床房，他問我是否有車，我說是的，我同意每晚 35美元，他說如果可以的話他會從我最後支付的押金中扣除，我說是的，太好了...當我上樓到我的房間時，裡面有兩張單人床，我打電話給接待處，告訴我我預訂了一張大床，但裡面只有兩張單人床，他說哦，客房服務員沒有換床或者沒有看我預訂，我現在沒有找我...我下樓說要去吃點東西，回來時希望房間能安排好。回來後他告訴我說給我升級了房間，我問能不能給我新鑰匙，換房間後再用另一把鑰匙下來，省得我把行李搬下去再上來。我到了房間，發現鑰匙不能用，上不了六樓。於是我把行李拿下來告訴接待處鑰匙不能用。他說這些鑰匙有時會發生這種情況 / 實際上經常發生這種情況，他說他會和我一起上去檢查。是的，卡片不能用，所以他用他的員工卡讓我進去，說他會修好後再回來。 10 分鐘後他回來測試，發現鑰匙壞了。我不知道升級後房間比之前那個小，沒有沐浴露（我進去洗澡的時候沐浴露是空的），以為第二天房間會補充。隔天打掃房間的時候，沐浴露還是空的，清潔工拿走了洗臉巾，卻沒有再放回去，所以我用洗髮精和手巾洗了個澡。第二天回來的時候，想用卡開停車場，結果卡壞了。我去前台告訴他們我想去停車場，但卡片不能用，她（一位亞裔女士）告訴我，我沒有付停車費。我必須解釋前一天晚上發生的一切，然後她問我能不能幫我解決，我說能，我前一天晚上就答應了。沒有道歉，只是對停車費更有興趣。她把停車卡加到

我又回去拿卡然後出來了……跟著我下去然後給了我一張卡……後來我接到一位叫 Theresa 的女士的電話，詢問我的住宿體驗，我解釋說這是我經歷過的最令人失望的一次！解釋了以上內容後，她說她會過來更換沐浴乳和洗面乳。我說沒關係，我已經洗過澡了，用了一條手巾和洗髮水，因為我已經上床睡覺了。她說，我希望我能夠為我的經歷道歉，希望以後情況會好轉，如果我需要什麼就聯絡她，找特蕾莎。我說謝謝，我很感謝你的來電……然後，10分鐘後，她來敲我的門，我得穿好衣服去開門，她又敲了一次，我說我馬上就來。
她拿著沐浴乳和洗面乳在門口，把我從床上拉了起來。我明白她為什麼要拿，但我告訴她我已經上床睡覺了，而且我已經洗過澡了。然後我去交鑰匙退房，卻被告知停車費還沒付。我告訴特蕾莎，這筆錢會從押金裡扣，現在已經有三個人知道了。正如我所說，這個地方太棒了，除了缺少沐浴露和紙巾。
我不知道是什麼原因或我是如何被降級的，因為房間比第一個房間小，而且沒有窗戶。

匿匿名用戶房價便宜，因為早起趕飛機所以訂了間便宜一點的酒店，唯一的缺點是換到了低層殘疾人房間，第二天要早起也就沒要求換房間，樓層較**聞到樓下餐廳的油煙味，建議訂高樓層的

訪訪客用戶在這裏住了6天，景觀很好，廚房又大設備又齊全，最讚的是烘乾機，雖然我的房間裏烘乾機有點破舊，但是畢竟獨立的烘乾機，乾衣很快。洗衣機有點掉鏈子，海爾洗衣機，洗個衣服像飛機起飛太響了，咱國貨品牌爭點氣唄？衞生一般，住六天才收拾一次房間，夏天熱，床品6天不換也是挺難受的。浴巾毛巾都不是很白，自己用洗衣機高温洗烘一遍，好了很多。長期住還是得公寓方便。

XXiaoxiaomonvqiqi房間寬敞明亮景觀好、每天打掃的很乾凈，床頭放了小費也不收，可惜的是入住3晚，樓下早餐餐廳有個亞洲人面孔的服務員，天天都是撲克臉服務態度差，其他各方面都不錯，酒店離故事橋河岸邊很近，晚上可以在河邊散步很舒服。

訪訪客用戶1、位置佳，交通便捷：酒店位於市中心CBD，從機場乘坐 AirTrain 20分鐘到 Central Station,沿着Ann Str.步行5分鐘即可抵達酒店。返程也是乘坐20分鐘火車到布里斯本國際機場。酒店就在City Hall隔壁，步行到 Queen Street Mall 3分鐘。到昆士蘭大學（St. Lucia Campus）可以步行7分鐘到布里斯本河邊的North Quay乘坐ferry,全程20分鐘。還可以在酒店馬路對面乘坐R586免費接駁公交車30分鐘左右到Fruitgrove火車站,乘火車30分鐘左右到Helensval，轉乘G-Link輕軌20分鐘到Surfers Paradise. 以上均可用在機場火車站購買的 Go Card，感受下Queensland的惠民政策。
2、 酒店設施齊全，服務規範： Mercure 和 Pullman 共用一個大門和大堂，前台接待友善專業，沒有遇到預訂之前讀到的一些抱怨和差評，例如入住時沒有收按金；房間的確沒有提供牙刷和拖鞋，電話告知就送過來了；離店早上還讓前台提前準備好了早餐袋子隨手帶走。
3、早餐豐盛，品種多樣：是傳統的英式早餐，有各種麪包奶酪火腿培根雞蛋香腸香菇西紅柿，也有各種飲料和水果，個人偏愛現做的omlette和toast，還有薰三文魚和cereals。食客中同胞很少。順便推薦下： Queen Street 是步行街，有幾個大商場，裏面都有 food court, 有各種口味供選擇，包括中餐，日餐、印度餐、墨西哥餐、西餐等。還有個大超市 Woolworths 值得推薦！

訪訪客用戶我住得很愉快，直到我退房的前一天，接待處的人走進房間（當時我在那裡），以為我應該已經退房了。這可能是一個簡單的錯誤，雖然具有侵略性，但也是可以理解的。沒有道歉，但它們大多毫無意義，而且可能不是進入房間的人的錯。哈比特就這樣結束了，我不會提到這一點，但同樣的事情又發生了，儘管門上有「請勿打擾」的牌子，客房服務人員也進入了房間，也誤以為我已經退房了。發生第二起事件後，我給接待處打了電話，被擱置了18 分鐘，然後他們最終試圖將責任歸咎於客房服務人員（並且一再把我的名字寫錯，如果不是因為他們的原因，我不會在意這一點）並試圖將明顯是接待錯誤的事情歸咎於客房服務人員）。 整個事件留下了揮之不去的壞印象，在一次非常愉快和平靜的住宿之後，這是不幸的。

訪訪客用戶It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site.
Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in.
Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in.
Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think.
I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist.
Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!)
I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house)
So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one.
Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit.
We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have.
If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.
