The pool was not maintained. The water was green and not cleaned. The kitchen equipment was poor. Not enough crockery and cutlery. Saucepan without handles. No colander (and that in Italy !!!) No bowls.

Great owner, beautiful place on a hill among olive trees, delicious wine, large swimming pool. The place is a great base for exploring Tuscany.
