瑪麗湖希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Orlando North/Lake Mary)

I have stayed in hotels all over Europe and the US and this is by far the worst hotel ever. The room was not cleaned despite my 10 day stay. I had to request the trash be removed, coffee and coffee cups every single day. After 5 days a cleaning was supposed to take place but I had to request it first. The towels were exchanged , the bed was made and trash removed and that was all the housekeeping that was done. My coffee, coffee cups and water cups were never replenished and not once did they supply even one bottle of water which is standard in every hotel I have ever been in. The only friendly member of staff was Pedro who gave me several coffees and cups when asked. The rest of the staff could use some training in smiling and general customer service, in fact a pretty surly bunch overall. Breakfast was overpriced at $10.00 per day and the one dinner I ate in the evening was mediocre. All the other Hiltons I have ever stayed in have been wonderful experiences but I would never stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Lake Mary again and would definitely not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Room toilet clogged twice while, although staff sent maintenance worker to the issue, worker came a plunger which unclogged toilet for a day and had to call again. Room felt dirty, room smell musty and rugs did did not appear to be clean.

I knew we would be arriving on a flight early in the day and requested an early check-in. I called the property directly and inquired that in the event we could not check in early, did they have luggage storage, and would we be able to use the amenities i.e. the pool, etc. I was assured yes, no problem. When we arrived, they couldn’t store our luggage, because storage meant pushing it into the managers office and there was no room. The hot tub, look like a cesspool. The pool was filthy. Lights and the outdoor speaker were hanging off the building. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a restaurant (nope), a bar (only open at night), a deli (nope), etc. They were to offer refreshments in the lobby (no cups, only a water container which was empty). Save your money and do not go here. Several of the guests were openly discussing the lack of cleanliness and that the property did not have what was advertised.

Room was never cleaned. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was very dingy. Had a mildew smell. Could be from the carpet. Rusted bathroom

We were pleased with the appearance of the hotel from the outside and lobby. We had a delay of almost an hour to check in although it stated 3PM. The room was clean but showed it's age. The shower was very difficult to turn on and a maintenance man was called. He was from India, but did not fix the situation he just simply banged on the shower controls which was necessary every time we used it. Our first nights stay was a disaster due to multiple youth running up and down our hallway celebrating a soccer tournament win from 9PM to 5AM. This made it difficult the next day where we had to attend a funeral and I was expected to speak.

We had a large group and got there early. They were very accommodating and the staff was always super friendly and helpful. The pool is a nice perk too.

Order a king bedroom . Got 2 queens instead. Booked a room with hot tub. Wasn’t informed the hotub wasn’t working on every single room in the hotel . Manager was rude and didn’t care. Was offered a voulcher for ONE free dinner even though I told them that there was two of us in the room. Also found mold in the bed sheets.

The first room we were given was moldy, you could see it in the bathroom and the ceiling was gross and peeling. Spoke with a rep who immediately switched our room which I appreciated. The second room was cleaner but overall the rooms aren’t clean to me, I most likely wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was friendly & kind. I'm think because I used ********** to book my room that they have designated rooms for those customers. My room was a handicap accessible room at the end of the hall, in a corner & my view was of the parking lot & trees. There was no vent in the washroom so it smelled moldy. Hotel looks great on the outside, the lobby is beautiful, but would not choose to stay here again.
