I never wrote reviews till date but really want to let everyone knew that this hotel is one of the worst I've ever seen and stayed. Irresponsible front desk, no door for the bathroom, room was stinking, rust on the stove, microwave was not working, air conditioning (ac)control unit was fixed in the wall so it was very very had to set temperature, ac lid fell down in mid of the night.

We were surprised on the amount of space we got. This was a passing through stop. We traveled with our small kids and infant. There’s a two story Chuck E Cheese and large movie theater right down the street. Check in went fast, room was clean, and beds were comfortable. So much so that we booked the same hotel going back home. So many dining and shopping options around. The only downside was there’s, no breakfast, in contrast to what’s mentioned on this site.

The Staff was very friendly and suggested a great place nearby to eat dinner. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed walking around the property that evening. Breakfast in the morning only had coffee available which was good but thought that there may have been more of a selection. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Manager does his job but is grumpy and not friendly at all. Breakfast options are very minimal. 2nd day onwards we planned our own breakfast. Not bad but not great at all

I was surprised to have a background check ran on me at the time of check in, along with strange types of questions ask of me while stood there in my tie and dress suit. They did not make the beds or provide clean towels, the tub had some type of caked on soap scum by the front edge and floor of shower area. Then to find out we paid $44 more than we should have per night. Felt cheated in more ways than one.

That place outside smells like crab , thanks God they canceled my reservation

The front desk person was nice. The elevator and hallways smelled terribly. Dark and dingy. No remote control for television. AC did not work.

For the price that I paid for the area, I believe it served it's purpose. Not the best location if you want to use public transportation. There were some roaches, but no spiders thankfully. Very noisy with the tenants. Would have been nice if there was a fitness center or a pool.

The check in staff was great and very helpful! The room was basic (which is fine for us) and not very clean (we’re not so good with that). The most bothersome cleaning issue was that the fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on and there were a few dark stains on the mattress cover. I was also surprised to find no plates or utensils and no glasses in the kitchen area although there is a small kitchen complete with a hot plate and refrigerator-this was not a big deal for us on this stay but if we were to stay longer this could be a concern. Our one night stay was fine but we will likely try a different hotel the next time we are in town.

It was within minutes from the park savoy estates where I had an event to attend. It was clean and quiet. Convenient for a one night stay.
