The location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect! Highly recommend? The picture was taken directly outside my room. What more could you ask for at an excellent facility. When in lake Havasu be sure to stay at the heat.

I LOVE Heat Hotel, the location is fabulous, the prices are reasonable and the beds are super comfortable. This trip I booked the Inferno Room. I was not impressed. It was really loud, we could hear people's conversations as they were out walking, also it was such a big open room that it did not feel cozy. However, if you are looking for a party room with a full bar and easy access to the Lake - then Inferno is for you! Next time I will stick with standard room.

We had a wonderful anniversary trip to the Heat hotel. The view of the bridge was gorgeous, our balcony perfect! The room was plenty spacious and comfortable. I did enjoy the glass wine glasses, too. The front desk gal gave us great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful in all ways. Loved it!

Great stay. Loved the location and the room. Everything was great. Only issue was wifi wasn’t working and we weren’t able to reach anyone at front desk when we were at the hotel. Little cafe across the street was a lovely breakfast spot.

Fantastic place to stay!!! Huge rooms with a huge balcony overlooking the canal. The beds were so comfortable for a great nights sleep. The hotel is close to everything, which made it easy!

Amazing one night stay! Early birthday celebration truly made memorable by this hotel 😍

The Heat Hotel sits next to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City. Location is great but don’t look for luxury accommodations. Beds were very comfortable tho the carpeting seemed more appropriate for a spring break crowd.
