Sehr schön hier! Sauber, nettes Personal, einiges an Wellness-Möglichkeiten! Innen-und außen Pool, Poolbar.Kommen sicher wieder!

Friendly staff, perfect location, amazing spa and the food is incredible. This is by far one of the best hotels at Lake Balaton, located in the heart of Balatonfüred. We’ve been here several times and had only the most positive experience. The dinner buffet alone is worth the stay.

Alles sehr sauber , Mitarbeiter alles sehr sehr nett und freundlich, perfekt um ein paar Tage zum entspannen. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

- the staff unable to resolve an issue - extra costs were charged by the hotel illegally (!!!) - the hotel owner's son - 15-16 yo. - put me in a humiliating situation for no reason - inadequate compensation A 4-star hotel cannot afford a situation like this. So I cant recommend this Hotel, you can find better there.

Our overall satisfaction with the staff, hotel restaurant, wellness facilities and location was excellent. Our one reason for not giving an excellent review was that although the room appeared clean the pillows had lipstick and someone's blond hair and in addition a guest had left a toe nail near the bed side table which I stepped on, otherwise the experience was really nice for my family

The room was clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The wellness area was small, we could not try the outdoor sauna because it was always full. The breakfast was a bit better than average. The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street and there were restaurants/bars with loud music within 50 meters. However, the were no soundproof windows so it was almost impossible to sleep until 2am.

Some of these reviews miss the point, lovely little place with fantastic service from check in to bar service Admittedly it’s not the Ritz but a lovely retreat for a very relaxing chilled stay The staff could not be more helpful I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

An excellent luxury resort in the center of Balatonfured. The hotel is equipped with everything one needs, excellent wellness with outdoor and indoor pool, sauna with a view and a beautiful garden. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully decorated. The cuisine - breakfast and dinner are a gourmet experience, the dishes change every day and are of excellent taste and also beautifully arranged. The only downside is the additional fees (drinks in the restaurant, minibar, parking) which are quite overpriced.

Je ne mettrais qu'une note, celle de 6/10 car l hôtel nous a envoyé un mail en nous demandant de ne pas mettre d avis défavorable sur TripAdvisor. Au cours de notre read trip en Hongrie que nous avons découvert d Est en Ouest en passant par Budapest il est le 4/10 de nos souvenirs

The location is great and the design, but the hotel and the wellness needs maintanace…. Mold in the wellness area, the ventilation system dosent work. There is no sound-proofing at all….The mattrasses were really uncomfortable (really really soft) I expected so much more…..it was a disappointment

The best part of my stay was definitely the warm and attentive service from the staff—they truly went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The room was clean, well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fruits, wine, toiletries. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough. The food was fresh and tasty and also very delicious, and there was a wide variety to choose from. The wellness area was impeccable as well, with excellent services and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return!

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful during our whole stay. The location is perfect, the Balaton coast is just a stone's throw away. We tried the sauna session, which was one of the best parts of our trip.
