豪華大飯店(Luxus Grand Hotel)

The hotel was nice, the interior decor was commendable but the surroundings of this hotel specially the look outside the room window was awful, I’d not call it a 5 stars hotel it is 3 star for my standards. The hotel staff was well mannered but the rooms were very hot and the temperature settings was not adjustable to our liking, we had to complain about it many times but it was not sorted. On the last day i was shocked to see the mucky water coming into the toilet which put me off. The hotel had good parking space if you like. The complementary breakfast was delicious and out of hours room service food excellent. On the whole I liked staying there as it was close to sight seeing places but would say to expect it to be a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. On the whole this hotel is a bit too pricey for it’s standard

Hotel com boa localização, perto do centro. Espaço agradável e asseado com quartos de boas dimensões (fiquei num quarto com uma cama de casal grande), limpos e de nível europeu, o que é difícil de encontrar aqui no Paquistão. Serviço de quartos eficaz e com preços muito acessíveis. Pequeno almoço razoável com falta de muitos produtos que estamos habituados na europa. Atendimento simpático

Poor services For twin sharing room only one towel was placed One soap was placed for 3 days , never replaced On third day no new towel and even old one was removed No one was even able to solve yr problem A hotel located at prime location needs professional staff

Dans le cadre d'un circuit au Pakistan organisé par Clio, j'ai passé les deux nuits des 11 et 12 novembre 2022 dans cet hôtel et ai occupé la chambre 411. L'hôtel est un ancien bâtiment qui semble dater de l'époque coloniale et qui a été réaménagé. L'accueil est standard. La décoration du lobby est tape-à-l'oeil, et l'air y embaume d'un parfum bon marché, fort et très désagréable, qu'on s'attendrait plus à respirer dans des toilettes. Les fleurs sont en plastique. Bref tout cela est superficiel et sans doute pas digne d'un établissement qui revendique 4 ou 5 étoiles. Globalement le personnel est pléthorique, totalement désorganisé, et tout sauf polyvalent et pas vraiment tourné vers le service client. La chambre que j'ai occupé est une grande chambre avec deux lits de taille moyenne. Elle est équipée d'un bureau et une chaise, un fauteuil et une table basse. La vue donne sur un parking et des immeubles en mauvais état. La chambre dispose aussi d'un coffre, d'un minibar, d'une télévision sans aucune chaine internationale, d'une climatisation. Le wifi fonctionne partout. Le confort du lit est correct. Par contre la chambre est bruyante et on doit subir un bruit continu, venant de je ne sais où toute la nuit. Il y a une belle salle d'eau avec une grande douche, un lavabo et des wc. Problème, les mitigeurs sont au bord de la rupture et mériteraient d'être changés. Il faut attendre pas mal de temps pour obtenir de l'eau chaude. Les mitigeurs ne fonctionnant pas vraiment correctement, il y a un risque réel de brulure lorsque l'on prend sa douche ! Les aménités ne sont pas renouvelées dans la salle d'eau. Une assiette de fruits est proposée, ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau, l'eau n'étant pas potable au Pakistan. C'est propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est pakistanais. Très très peu de choix autre. Le sol est particulièrement glissant et de nombreuses marches ne sont pas indiquées, ce qui est dangereux. Moralité, il y a encore beaucoup de travail pour arriver à dépasser la moyenne. La première chose à faire relève de l'entretien, mais surtout du management du personnel, dont on se demande s'il sait travailler en équipe.

My wife and I spent 2 nights in this hotel and were totally satisfied. We had a clean and comfortable bedroom with a lovely bathroom. There is a good restaurant with reasonably priced food and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. As our flight wasn't until 8.00 pm they gave us a free late checkout which was greatly appreciated. The chief bell boy ( sorry I don't remember your name ) was especially helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with a group of us who came to visit Pakistan for a tour. There 10 people in our group ranging from 65-3 years old. We stayed at Luxus Lahore for three nights in order to see the local sights. The hotel is well located. The building, although aged, is beautiful and well looked after. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everybody. One key thing to note was the hotel was keen to please it’s guests. They constantly sought feedback and did their very best to make improvements and adjustments to our stay. During breakfast one day, I complained about something minor which they not only addressed immediately but sent up a fruit basket which was a lovely thought!

Very disappointed. No value for money - just avoid this hotel. Not worth it. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights - Dirty rooms - Damaged taps in the washroom - Cockroaches in one of the room - No hot water in my sister room, and no cold water in mine... - Brown water coming from the bath tub - Humidity smell in 1 of the room (but the hotel management agreed to switch the room... to give us the one with cockroaches....) In top of that, when I complained they called me to tell me that they will refund me 1 night as compensation. The condition for the refund was to increase the rating I gave on another website (3/10)..... that I of course refused. Do not trust the ratings on that hotel.
