The room was overall pretty clean, the walls in the bathroom around the toilet and sink could've been cleaned a little better. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms need to be reviewed for minor repairs or replacement of missing items. The morning staff is very nice and helpful.

Just noisy !! Was charged 100.00’s NOT a deposit because I had 2 very small dogs and there pet friendly never at anything did they indicate on the website when checking out that they charged to have animals. I wasn’t happy to be charged, never had that happen before.

This was our second time staying at this location and our stay was Great. I have know complaints the complimentary breakfast hit the spot since it was cold that weekend didn’t want to go out so early. I would highly recommend this hotel and this particular location.

We had a reservation for 4 days 3 nights.. we stayed 1 night! For the rate of the room, versus what we got, this was ridiculous .. I went downstairs after getting our room, and informed them there was NO HEAT.. bathroom sink was leaking and looked like housekeeping didn’t do their job because there was jelly like water formations where the leak was.. nasty. Whatever chemicals housekeeping is using is sure not user friendly! My fur babies feet were peeled red and raw! Will be escalating this to corporate.. we stayed here 2 years ago.. I cannot believe this place depreciated so fast in that amount of time .Front desk had no empathy, it was like they heard this all before.. instead of trying to make it right, any kind of way.. they didn’t .. we ended up at HOME 2 Suites .. where the price was worth it . Never again Laquinta.. and Wyndham you ought to be ashamed attaching your name to a place like this

We were not informed upon checking in that there showers weren’t working because of the weather. The manager told us after questioning him that “we were welcome to call the property before checking in”. We immediately checked out and got a refund. I’m disappointed because of management!!

This is a really nice and very new hotel that is most comfortable to stay in and has a very good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel location was very convenient. Check-in was quick and the staff was great. The only downfall was the loss of water pressure while I was showering the last night. To the hotel’s defense, there was horrible freezing cold weather that may have cause the local water system to act up. The breakfast was good too.

The bathroom floor had been newly tiled but apparently the new floor had high spots because the bathroom door could not be closed It was half open towards the tub/ shower and could not be moved either direction. This made the bathroom not private and also hard to get in and of the shower. Also the toilet seat was broken.

We have stayed at many LaQuinta’s and this is one of the best. Clean, comfortable and very conveniently located.

False advertisement. The official public offer on *******.ca stated there is a heated pool. In fact the pool, located inside the building didn't work because of broken heater. There was the note on the pool room informing about the problem. Because the pool was the main reason why we choose that hotel we politely asked for refund. So we could book the proper hotel. Unfortunately, when we contacted the hotel clerk, she told us we have to contact *******.ca directly, since the hotel does not manage the website. We did contact the *******.ca . The ticket was created. No resolution so far. To make things worse ******* clerk "Nana" required to prove that the heated pool really didn't work. I spend many hours to prove that the pool was not in the promised service. Not the solution I expect from reputable company which stands behind their service. Funny things somebody at the hotel a couple hours later changed the note to " the pool does not work because of "unexpected low temperature". Heated pool? Both hotel and ******* clerks called me a liar. In fact that issue totally ruined my honeymoon trip so I have to cancel leftover trip and return home loosing decent amount of cash.
