南奧馬哈-拉維斯塔我家飯店(My Place Hotel-South Omaha/La Vista, NE)

When we checked in it was late and we were tired . When we pulled the covers back to go to bed it was obvious the sheets had been slept in. They were wrinkled with hair in the bed and what appeared to be sand or pepper? Staff brought us clean sheets which we changed ourselves. They also brought towels. When we got up in the morning there was no shower curtain. There was a drain in the middle of the floor so we thought maybe this was on purpose so we showered without the curtain. What a mess. When we checked out we we’re told there should have been a shower curtain. We didn’t ask and no one offered to adjust our room rate for the multiple inconveniences.

Pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. Floors were sticky. Room had a funky smell to it. Not a terrible place to stay. I did sleep well. However these issues need to be addressed and it would make the place better.

When we got into the room it had not been completely cleaned. The desk clerk handled it swiftly, apologized and got us a room that was ready. The bed and linens were comfortable and location was quiet.

This is our first stay at a MyPlace hotel. Typically, extended stay hotels can get shabby, smelling of stale food and spilled alcohol, but this property is in excellent condition. The clerk at the front desk was very personable and efficient. Our room was extremely clean and tastefully furnished. It felt very much like home the minute we walked in. Big thumbs up for the carpeting, flooring, and bathroom. WiFi is strong. Easy access to I-80 and a Starbucks. Wish we could stay longer.

The ONLY 2 complaints were the HUGE garbage dumpster out in front to the leftof the entrance in the parking area...please consider placing it elsewhere. It was full and smelled horrible when you walked by it. Second is no continental breakfast items provided. For the cost of the room...even a brown bag with muffin and fruit would have been appreciated. Other then that...the cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful with good ease of use for our 2 dogs to walk them around property 😀.

Great customer service. I was traveling with a friend and the front desk worked to get us rooms that were close together. I had an issue with my tv/remote and Phoenix was quick to fix the problem. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The property was great and clean. All amenities listed were available. It is across the street from a gas station with pizza so that was convenient.

This property is an example of very basic, but well executed. Helps that it is new and a good location. Don't expect anything other than the abaolute basics and you will be pleased.

booking indirectly seems to cause a delay, but staff was pleasant and room very clean and new.
