這是我住過數十間酒店以來最糟糕的體驗,完全不推薦這間酒店。
我於 大阪時間 21:30抵達酒店辦理入住,當時剛從京都抵達,尚未用餐。本來計劃先將行李放置在房間後,再外出用餐。然而,當我打開房門後,立刻在浴室內聞到強烈的水渠異味(這是我首次因房間氣味問題投訴,可見其嚴重程度)。
於是,我的太太前往前台,以英文向酒店職員反映問題,並希望更換房間。職員的回應是:
"Please go back to your room for waiting."
我們依指示回到房間,然而我們等了 15 分鐘,仍未收到任何後續處理,也沒有任何聯繫。此時我們已經非常餓,因此再次致電前台,表示 "We would like to go out to eat something."。
令人震驚的是,職員態度極為無禮,直接回覆:
"Don't go out." 然後立刻掛斷電話,這種態度完全不符合基本的服務標準。
又等了 5 分鐘後,終於有另一名職員來帶我們換到七樓的房間。然而,當我們進入後,發現氣味比第一間更難聞。
我們請職員進入浴室,並詢問:「Do you feel smelly?」
職員的回應是:「No, I can't feeling it.」。
讓人更加無奈的是,職員完全沒有提供任何解決方案。即使只是提供空氣清淨機應急,也是一種誠意的表現,但對方完全沒有採取任何行動。最終,我只能無奈地選擇不換房,忍受這種不堪的環境。
由於無法接受如此惡劣的住宿條件,我向 Trip.com反映問題。Trip.com 的客服表現良好,多次聯繫酒店,但酒店完全不回應。Trip.com 的職員承諾會持續嘗試溝通,並在翌日 10:00 前回覆我。
最終,我在早上 8:00 收到 Trip.com 的回覆,內容表示酒店依然沒有任何行動,也不同意提前退房(原本預訂兩晚,但因房間異味嚴重,想取消第二晚)。無奈之下,我只能繼續入住。
第二天早上,我們有行程,離開前掛上了「請打掃」的牌子。但當我們晚上回來後,發現房間內雖然放置了新的大毛巾,但前一天用過的毛巾竟然沒有收走。廁所地下也明顯沒有清潔。這樣的清潔標準實在令人不敢恭維,但考慮到前一天的經歷,這已經不足為奇。
總結:毫無服務品質的酒店
1. 房間衛生條件惡劣:水渠異味嚴重,影響入住體驗。
2. 服務態度極度不專業:職員不僅拒絕提供合理解決方案,甚至態度無禮,直接掛斷電話。
3. 酒店管理混亂:拒絕與 Trip.com 溝通,也不接受合理的退房請求。
4. 清潔標準低落:未徹底打掃房間,毛巾未更換。
特別提醒:雖然部分男職員態度良好,但有兩位女職員(其中一位為短髮、身型較胖的職員)態度極差,完全不尊重客人。
希望 Trip.com能夠公平發佈這則評論,讓其他旅客在預訂前能夠慎重考慮這間酒店。如果因為與酒店有合作關係而刻意刪除負評,那麼我和我的太太將永遠不再使用 Trip.com。
總結:價錢大約是每晚HKD 1000,這間酒店無論是環境還是服務,都極度不推薦!請慎重考慮再預訂!

酒店從烏丸線的「烏丸御池駅」出來衹需要步行3分鐘,周圍相當方便,麥當勞、星巴克、711和羅森應有盡有,全在五分鐘步程之內。還有NHK和読売的京都分公司,不遠處還有京都Apple Store,算是京都的商業中心吧。
房間設施齊全,也很乾凈,很驚喜的是竟然還有微波爐和洗衣機,我都是前一天晚上從便利店買的便當,第二天早上熱一下直接吃,非常不錯。
房間打掃的話,需要把limited house keeping的牌子貼到房間門外,但也衹是limited,僅限於倒垃圾桶和換毛巾,不給鋪床收拾屋子什麼的,不過我就住了兩晚感覺也還行。
