I couldn’t not fault the hotel, I amazing stay the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Hotel is right by central, easy access to pubs and restaurants. The room was fabulous too OMG I didn’t wanted come home. :( I had room service I had pasta bolognaise which was blinking lush I wanted another one.

位置很好，路對面就是公園和城堡，周邊餐廳商場眾多，停車便利，服務規範，很滿意！

Very nice, clean hotel. Very convenient location right opposite the castle and a 5 minute walk to the centre. Definitely would recommend if visiting Cardiff. Staff were very friendly and a welcome Welsh biscuit on arrival was a very nice touch 😊

酒店地理位置非常好，離卡迪夫城堡衹需步行5分鐘，到火車站步行15分鐘，周邊吃飯購物很方便。房間比較大，設施設備完好，窗外就是城堡的美麗風景，服務周到，早餐豐盛，值得推薦！

Location is pretty good, walking distance to cardiff castle, bus and train central stations.  Amenities are basic - what you would expect at this level and the breakfast was 6.5/10 - could have been better in terms of options as well as service provided.

8 mins from station by walk, not too far good breakfast, but no free water.

The hotel is situation opposite the castle and convenient to the Town Centre Rooms are big and clean. Wifi was intermittent Breakfast was good and all Staff helpful Great location
