I'm attaching the pictures for better understanding. It's nice neighborhood, quiet. The check-in was fine and smooth. At first they gave us a room at below, which was weird design, and not suitable for the small kids. But we asked them to switch us to upper floor rooms and Thankfully they had available room. The room is spacious but not 100% clean. The rooms was unlike the pictures that they have shown. There were holes at the pillow cases, sheets and blankets, sofas and even at the towels. Towels at the bathroom were worn out. You could feel the smell of a person's head at the pillows that they might not be changed. There were spider webs around the room's ceiling corners. And the curtain was not closing fully, so there was a metal pin which kept the curtain closed in the room. Previously they made couple holes on these curtains to close it fully. The thing we need to mention as well, which might be illegal, hotel said that the check-out time is 11AM while all hotels around the world is 12PM. Breakfast was below average and the location for breakfast at level minus 2, we believe which is used as banquet hall as well. There was no Room Service at the hotel, even though there's a barcode in the rooms. We don't think we're going to stay there again. Because as paying Guests, I don't think we deserve this type of service and room. In case hotel management replies to this saying that we have not stayed in here, we would add the hotel receipt to here as well. Thank you.

Özel bir yeri olduğu için her seferinde bir sorun yaşamaya rağmen zaman zaman konaklıyordum. Yaklaşık 2 yıl önce akşam odaya yemek istediğimde tost dahi yapmadılar. Bu akşam otelde rahatsızlandım. Yemekleri olmadığını, istediğim çorbanın bittiğini,zaten personel için çıkan çorba olduğunu söylediler. 2 yıl ara verme sebebim de odaya Yemek istediğim akşam aşçı yok,sadece patates kızartabilirim diyen bir oda servisi ile muhatap olmamdı. Otele dışarıdan yemek söylemek zorunda kalmak biraz garip. Oda temizliği idare eder,verilen su ve çay ikramıni o akşam içmezseniz yenisini koymuyorlar. Belki sonra içeceğim kime ne. Oda servisinin telefonu şimdi geldim abla diyerek açması ve ne var bilmiyorum demesi ayrı bir durum. Odalar ferah,klima düzgün çalışıyor. Ama yeni girdiğim odaya yeni tuvalet kağıdı koymak yerine önceki müşterinin yarısını kullandıklarını koymaları da çok ayıp. Eşim ve benim için özel yeri olduğu için her seferinde bu sefer düzelmiştir diyerek gelip her seferinde hayal kırıklığına uğradığım bir yer. O yüzden tavsiye etmiyorum. Aynı fiyatlarda çok daha temiz ve ilgili oteller var.

We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! While searching for a hotel in the Chankaya area, we made a reservation at Mimi Hotel. This is a hotel of world brand standards. We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was very stylish and clean. The breakfast buffet is good, far beyond expectations. Many five-star hotels do not have this many types of cheese. The staff are welcoming. I would recommend.

無奈所有的土耳行程取消了，這家酒店不能免費取消，還好我買了取消保險，申請了理賠，就是理賠時間有點慢了。
